***** BUYER BEWARE *****Found a 2020 Ram 2500 and I paid ****** for thepurchase from Elite Auto and talked to the salesman ******* was great, but the owner ******* is showing no Integrity and basically sold me a lemon of a truck. I drove 460 miles from **************** ******* to ******* ********** and rented a car one way because the truck was a good year with a factory warranty.But before I drove out this distance I asked the salesmanJose to send a video of the truck and the undercarriage. But now I know why they did not show me some areas of the truck, the def tank leaked when I added def fluid & THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT IN ONLY 4 DAYS.So I called and **** is trying to help me but ******* the owner is hiding from the problem.After the dealership near my home inspected the truck the transmission is blown out luckily under warranty, but not some parts due to the trans. Out of pocket its $1217.18 for a new ****************** line with thermostat. Elite Auto is trying to avoid it.The def tank is ruined $1127.89 parts & $890 labor = $2017.89 They are avoiding me also.As a business owner myself sometimes you have to deal and face a problem. Just business ethics alone after four days from buying a truck they should be reasonable.The grand total to repair the truck transmission covers under warranty $9500What the dealership (Elite Auto) needs to pay out of pocket is $3235.07My truck has been at the dealer near my home for over a month now getting repaired after only driving it for 4 days. I never towed anything yet just drove it. Elite Auto do the right thing and fix this issue and pay for the necessary repairs.
