I purchased a Viper Smart Start and service on July 3, 2021 which was installed at Abt Electronics in ********. Approximately 2 months later in September, I had to replace my car battery for what now appears to be an improper installation causing a parasitic draw. I drove the vehicle for about 2 months and moved to Arizona at the beginning of October. 2 months after replacing the batter with an Interstate battery with sufficient CCA to handle my needs, I started receiving low battery notifications from the Smart Start app. I took my battery to an Interstate store near me and they provided me a loaner to keep my battery for charging/testing. They determined there was nothing wrong with the battery and had me come back to reinstall it 2 weeks after I dropped it off. I called tech support and was treated poorly by the agent when I explained everything. I was also told to take my car back to the authorized installer in ******* after I explained that I had moved to Arizona. I was also told I would have to pay another authorized installer to check and/or fix the installation of my device. I thought I was supposed to be covered for improper installations by authorized dealers. Please help so I can get this resolved and not have to worry about losing power constantly.Initial Complaint

Company will not electronically transfer remote start subscription (2yrs remaining) on a car that was wrecked. We have a secondary car with the same hardware and previous subscription that we let lapse and no inactive.
