    5/5/23 I ordered a wax product online for $160.65, order#*****. At the end of the order, there were all these prompts to add-on, I kept saying no thanks and on the last prompt, they switched the yes and no placement, so I accidentally hit the yes and it automatically charged my card for an extra bottle for $132.30. I immediately emailed the support line and told them what happened and they said they would send me a return label. I emailed them back and told them I would be returning both bottles, as I found I could not use that wax on my pool. I received the label on 5/12 and mailed both unused/unopened bottles and they received them on 5/19. I sent another email asking about the refund. They said they refunded me $132.30, for the additional bottle. I saw the refund and asked about the other bottle. I heard back one time and they said they were trying to figure out what happened. I have been emailing consistently and have not heard back. I have sent them all they have asked for and more and have not heard back. So they have both my product that I ordered and my money. I have attached all correspondence with them from the beginning. I have submitted multiple inquires with them online because they do not offer a phone contact. I just want my $160.65 back for the product that I returned. I did everything within their return window policy. Thank you!

    Order placed 6/13/24. No word until I reach out 6/18. Website states same day if not next day shipping. No emails on order confirmation or shipping. No phone number to call. Send email, attempt to use online chat but not managed went unanswered for several hours during business hours. Checked back next day and was told issue was escalated. Did not hear anything, on 6/20 2 business days later, I write an email stating to be contacted immediately at business open. Did hear back that the microfiber mit I ordered was out of stock. Ethos website states if an item is out of stock *************** will reach out, which apparently takes many business days and threatening to do. I requested immediately to overnight/2 day ship the remaining items because of the ball being drop by customer service. I do not hear back and today get a generic email thanking for my patience and expected shipping time is 3-5 business days. Ethos completely ignores the customer and does not follow up when items are out of stock leaving them hanging and do not follow up on 'escalated' requests in a timely matter. If Ethos simply would've reached out to me next business day to say the Mits were out of stock, I would've thanked them for the communication and ask they ship the rest of the order and refund the mits and everything would be fine. I have plenty of mits, I just wanted to try theirs. I ordered 2 of everything to give to the people whose motorcycles I am paint correcting and coating. **************** is simply horrible, they do not communicate, and they do not attempt to make things right after dropping the ball. Now I have two motorcycles all apart that I have to resemble and disassemble, if I ever receive the products. If customer service is important to you and communication, do not buy from Ethos. I been a 3D fan for many years and wanted to give someone else a shot and try their products.
