Company did not cover vehicle prior to painting house. Put paint, on my car with scratches and gouges from equipment being moved in driveway.Reported it to owner and was laughed ********* waiting for him to see damages at my home since September 28,2022Business response

The house is owned by *********************,
We had a contract with her.
She is a very nice lady.
She has allowed roommates living in her house without charge.
************************ is one of her non paying tenants.
She told ** that our truck hit her house.
I went there myself, and I brought my ****** driving the truck, he denied the accusation.
I did not see any damage on her car where she mentioned, but there are many other damages on her car from her previous accidents.
And ***** told me she always parks on the street.
And she always sits at the front yard
Even their driveway is not close to the house.
We do not overspray. Something that I want told of, her car being over sprayed on.
This ladies car was never damaged by our trucks, nor was over sprayed I am afraid!Customer response

Hello,The response from Panda White is a complete lie.First off all, I do pay rent, not that it has anything to do with this issue. I don't hang out in the front yard, I have a job.********************* is my landlord and when this company came to do the work she hired them for it was a complete disaster.1. they painted her house the wrong color. She asked for tan but got pink. ***** is 92 yrs old and did not want any trouble so she backed down when she mentioned it to them. In regards to my car they did not put any cover over my vehicle before they started spraying the house. When I got home I noticed there was pink paint splatter all over the front end of my car and some on the sides. I did mention it to the workers but none of them really spoke English, or they faked not speaking English and my husband had to show them how to put on plastic covering. The next day I complained to the owner of the company he said he was going to come out, never showed up. I called him again and he said that he had covid-19 so he couldn't come out until he was better. I gave him two weeks to recover. made an appointment that he did not show up for. My husband and I had to go so far as to wait for him to show up to get paid from ********************* and then he called me and I came straight home caught him there and said what are we going to do about my car he refused to look at it and said good luck trying to get any money from me and got his car and left. a couple days later his workers were working on the roof when they were bringing out their ladders to go home one of them scraped the side of my car with a ladder. Once again it was brought up to the owner and I was called a liar. This company is unprofessional and just straight bad. They should not be in business. when I tried to put a review online through their company website, I noticed that the owner's family put all these good reviews online but no other real customers did. when my husband tried to put a bad review online through their website, they took the review off and would not show it on their website. this is just bad business practice. I want conversation for my vehicle my vehicle was in impeccable condition. Also I will be sending all my picture documentation to prove my case with this complaint.
