$29.00 I visited with my family on June 5th and the staff is so rude no words to even describe. Correction is needed immediately staff is not allowed to treat guest the way they do. Food was tossed on our table from the young woman. I asked for an extra ranch which I paid for I turn back while she goes and gets the ranch and leaves it on the counter and walks away. Leaves me wondering where it was or what happened. Shes comes back and says its right there so f** rude. Id rather go eat ********************** from somewhere else until this behavior is corrected. Unacceptable! Managements needs to correct this now!Initial Complaint

This issue happened on 12/27/2022.I was charged $28.87 I placed an order through the Epic wings app for an 8 peice tenderloin strips meal that comes with 8 chicken strips, 4 bread sticks, ranch and a side of carrots/celery.I arrived at the store to pick up my order only to be told by the cashier that their system broke down and that they had lost all their tickets for the orders placed. I showed them that I had already paid online. They still insisted that they could not make my order because their system broke down.I submitted a complaint on their website as well and asked to be contacted. Its been 2 weeks and no one has tried to resolve this. The name on my account is ********************This is my order number from that day #*****************
