              New client seeing therapist services. First and only appointment was for 7pm virtually. Due to conflict arrived late to virtual appointment by 15. Logged into appointment via portal and therapist was not there and did not log back in. I was charged a no show fee for the appointment. Was advised that they were allowed to do so per the administration paperwork which does not address late charges or when a no show can be assigned.

              This place has many 1 star reviews all talking about the same thing. They abuse their 48 hour cancellation policy. Their replies to these reviews on ****** are immature and *****.I was charged $110 for a cancellation fee when I called 2 days in advance to cancel.They only allow their clients to contact them through their glitchy website with no options to call/text.I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance in the morning, but their website had no cancellation button.So when the time came to reaching out to them trying to figure out, I cancelled 46 hours in advance through message after trying to find ways to cancel through phone. But that wasnt enough. They charged me anyway. I left a review and then they lied in the reply about the messages they have sent me. I have a ****** Doc folder full of proof about my messages, their replies, their threat, and the cancellation fee they charged.I believe this business is only out to steal people's money and is an unfair practice. I'm not the only one who fell victim to this.
