      On October 2022, I obtained services from this company, Sierra Express (******************************************************************) to send two packages to ******. My packages arrived opened and with multiple missing items. I have attempted to file claims through their insurance company, have attempted to contact the business owners and have not received a resolution, not a refund. I began texting the business owners to have documentation of my follow-*** and they have stopped responding.

      On Saturday December 10th, 2022, I used Sierra Express Paqueteria to send a package containing personal items to my family in central ******, valued at roughly $1000. I was told that the package would be shipped on Monday December 12th and that it would take 10 days to receive a tracking #.After more than 10 days, I received no update from the company, so I called on Tuesday December 27th and spoke with the manager to get an update. He told me the package was in a warehouse in ****** (********, *******) and that it would take 2 more days to receive the tracking number. After not hearing updates again, I called back on Friday December 30th and was told by a different employee that the manager had made a mistake and that the package couldn't actually be located in that warehouse in ******. She told me to call back on Monday January 5th, 2023 and that she would have an update.I called back on January 5th and was told that the package still couldn't be located and that they would need to reach out to the warehouse in ****** directly to find out the status of the package and that as soon as they received an update, they would call me back. Since then I have not received any updates at all, and whenever I call I'm either told that I'll be notified when the package is found or nobody answers the phone for any of the #s I've been given.
