It is our understanding based upon documentation and interviewing staff members about the interactions with ****************, a call was received requesting pricing on a vehicle. That led to the discussions of a different vehicle unrelated and of higher value. We could not come to any pricing terms agreeable with **************** on either vehicle. He was upset about the quoted pricing. The store manager did attempt to call him to discuss further, but **************** was not interested in speaking with him.

On May 7th, 2022 I purchased a 2018 ****** Boulevard S40 from ridenow. I traded in the motorcycle I owned and payed the balance with cash and a credit card. I want even get into the fact that they didn't put the correct value of my trade in on the sales agreement. When I get my registration I noticed that there was a lien holder on the registration. I contacted ridenow about the issue and I got a bunch of double talk about why there was a lien holder on my purchase, but no real explanation. Eventually I was told that it would be taken care of and I should receive my title in a couple of months. I received the title back in March I believe. Thought everything was cleared up, but when I didn't receive a registration renewal I contacted my insurance provider. My insurance provider informed me that ridenow did not complete the paperwork on my title and that is why I didn't receive a renewal. I contacted ridenow and of course here goes the run around again. My registration is now past due and I'm still not the sole owner of a motorcycle I paid for over 15 months ago. This is truly frustrating. I would like my ownership issues resolved and I would like ridenow to pay all the late fees, fines and taxes associated with their incompetent or should I say shady practices.

The dealership I purchased my Kawasaki SX-R **** Jetski is RideNow SoCal in ****************. My brand new jetski came with a huge gash in the gelcoat next to the gas cap. Nobody at the dealership wanted to take responsibility or even apologize. They hid the ski in back until I completed the paperwork so I couldn't look it over. They also didnt give me my registration, registration kit or safety kit even though they charged me for it. They said they were going to ship it to my address, but never did. Ive called them five times and all they do is give me the runaround. I was told the fourth time I called that I would receive a call back from a Manager (never did).I want a $600 refund to cover the cost to repair the damage. I also want the registration, registration kit and safety kit shipped to me as promised or a refund for it. I have attached a photo of my ski with the gash. The gash is deep through the gelcoat.

On July 13th 2022, I bought a motorcycle from RideNow SoCal. During the transaction the seller offer me extended warranty for the vehicle, I emphatically decline since the motorcycle has only 300 miles on the odometer and still cover under the original warranty. The seller at this point offer me a 5 year plan for $170 a month, which again I decline because included the extended warranty, at this point he said: "no problem " and came back with a new plan that was $141.03 a month. At this point I agree to the transaction. The seller told me to sign the docusign on my phone , which I did but I couldn't read anything since the letters were too small and the document also was too long to read. A week later I decided to download and print the document and find out that the seller did included the extended warranty that I have already declined, only this time it was a 7 year plan, not only that, it also included a $500 "optional" fee for a lifetime replacement battery service which I already have declined when dealing with the contract. As I result I went to the store and ask to speak with the manager which ended up being the person who sold me the motorcycle. When I complained about the deceptive practice, he cancel the extended warranty, he also said the $500 fee for the battery was removed and I had it from free. I just talk to financial agency, called ********, and they said the dealer has not canceled any extended warranty. They never heard from them. Not only that, the original price was $5,416, but in the contract it said $7,636.16, when I ask him about he said that's a conditioning fee include in all new motorcycles, but my motorcycle was sold to me as used since it had 310 miles on it, this is written on the contract. The final price was $12,154.16!!Please help me with this deceptive and unfair transaction with the methods use by the seller.Extended warranty $1094 *************** $499 Conditioning fee on new vehicles $2200 The total is $3,814 They are crooks!

I bought a 2009 Triumph Thruxton from Ride Now Socal back on 10-15-22. I paid for all the *** fees at the dealership. A week ago, I received a bill from the CA *** stating I owe them $160.00. I have called multiple times to finally speak to *************** the finance manager. His explanation was that his finance department has NOT reconciled his books and as soon as they do, they will send me a check. I asked him how long it would take, and his response was "they will get to it when they get to it" (30 days is not enough) and that he would add me to the email thread with his team at finance to keep me in the loop. As of right now I still have not been added to the emails and have no answer on when I'm going to get my money back. You would think that a "publicly traded company" his words, would not have a problem cutting a check for $160. I would like to get a call from the general manager and my money back. I also bought a riding jacket that is falling apart, and I was told by a salesperson to take it up with the manufacture of the jacket. No words

I purchased a motorcycle from RideNow SoCal on 3/5/22. It is now 7/5/22 and I have still not received my registration and/or title. Began contacting the company on 4/20/22 to inquire about the status and was given the run around with promises of a call back. Finally on 6/16/22 I was told that the process was completed, but when I contacted the **** I was informed that was not the case.
