I purchased a hoodie from raid goons on July 5th for 58.42$. After a month of no delivery, I dmed the company to no answer. Several days later I emailed and called and havent received any answer in over 14 days. Clock is about to reach 2 months of no contact or delivery. At some point it feels criminal to have this lack of communication/ organization in a business. It feels even more wrong that this business is by and for military and veterans however they seem to be abusing the trust that comes with that community.Initial Complaint

I placed my order in August of 2022 for about 80 dollars. A sweatshirt and t shirt. I never received anything. They updated the tracking but never sent anything. It is now been close to 2 years. These guys are a scam. I want a refundInitial Complaint

My son had seen them advertise and asked for couple shirts for Christmas. I ordered 2 shirts and paid through Venmo a total of $80.00. Never received anything. Tried reaching out through email on December 8th and asked if they could give me an update. I finally got a notice that they created a shipping label, but that is as far as it has gone. I've reached out through email since and have heard nothing. I would just like to get the shirts or money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order November 5, 2023. I wanted to buy two shirts for my boyfriend for christmas and was trying to get early shopping done with. I had assumed it might take a little time to get it but not a month. It dawned on me recently how suspicious the overall transaction was: payment only through venmo or paypal, no direct information to contact them on the website or social platforms, did not get other info from me that might have been imperative to update me in tracking. The only sort of communication I've received has been through sketchy emails that pose as ***** or "Fed Ex" with a package suspension or detainment. These emails are requiring me to pay extra to have my "package" shipped to me. I have my venmo transaction and nothing else to suggest this company is authentic or true. Moreover, their instagram is odd in that they have not been active in over a year, do not allow comments on posts and have no other ways to contact them. I really hope I can get my money back and spend it elsewhere.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt from Raid Goons in March 2023. I received confirmation number for the sweatshirt, but no other information. It is now July ********************************************************************************** not. I have tried contacting them through email, phone, and social media. They have not responded to a single one of my inquiries and turned off their comments on social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, IT IS A SCAM.Initial Complaint

In November 2022, I ordered a sweatshirt from Raid goons to give as a Christmas present. I ordered it with the assumption it would be delivered by Christmas, since the shipping time on the website said 2 weeks. However, I did not receive anything until January, and I received the wrong order: a shirt. I emailed the company in order to resolve the matter, and they emailed me back telling me they would send me the correct order and to keep the shirt. As of today, April 19th, I still have not received my original order or any type of refund. I have emailed the company multiple time requesting an update on the status of my order, and I have not received a single response back about my concerns. It is ridiculous to me that they cannot even answer their emails when I paid good money to receive a product within a certain time frame. I have tried to be as understanding as possible, but it is 6 months later and I still have no idea where my order is. I will not be ordering from this website again.Initial Complaint

I was billed for the Hoodie $53.42 and paid but never received it.I have emailed Raid Goons several times, Dec. 12, 15, 21, 28, and Jan. 28 2023 with no replay!I have also tried to contact Raid goons on Instagram on 12/28/2022, 01/28/2023 and 02/15/2023 with no reply!I have called 12/29/2023, Jan 13, 16, 24 2023 and Feb 6, 8, 10, 15, 21 2023 oRaid Goons did respond to my missed call on Dec. 29 @9:13am via text and said that you would make sure I would get the package.And I have texted you 12/31/2022, 01/052023, 01/282023 as well as 02/15/2023 with no reply!To resolve the problem, I would appreciate Raid Goons either reimburse the $53.42 or send the Hoodie.Sincerely,*****************************************
