Purchase a bubble wall from this company on **** Item arrived broken and wring item Email and text messages available you prove Seller promised to send me another one on discount of I keep the broken one Spent over **** got refund partially After I agreed , seller came with excuses such as other items are too loud not good and stopped the communication Also made **** remove my legit feedback when I tried to share my experience with other buyers ************ runs a scams , sells one thing but send fully another item and play games with innocent buyers I highly doubt he even has the item she is listing because once you buy their items They send you fully wrong cheaper items Also will consider to report to FTC and a small claim court ************ should be put out of business as it runs a fraud and does not send the item customers paid for Now expecting me to send this heavy item back in my ownBusiness response

This is what the customer had said below. It is false. Here is what actually happened. The customer ordered a bubble fountain from us on Ebay. It arrived with some minor damages. We offered to replace it but the customer said he did not have the original packing so he had no way to re-package it. Note, in our terms we do require the customer to retain packing in the event an item is damaged, how on Earth would we arrange pickup on it unpackaged? So, the customer now says he will keep it but demanded a 50% discount. We consulted with ****'s legal team and we both agreed this was extortion since the buyer was unwilling to give us back the original item. The customer then proceeds to leave us a negative feedback on Ebay. Again removed, because ****'s legal team sees this as extortion. Then, after all this, the customer had the heart to ask me to sell him another product. Well, the answer = no. We do not deal with customers like this. He has been blacklisted by our company. It wouldn't surprise me if **** actually banned him due to his extortion tactics.
