To our surprise this morning our new car was bought late last night after our leasing office had closed and we couldn't obtain a parking permit but it was parked in our covered marked parking spot was gone, after our complex management called and explained the situation and how this was a wrongful tow the owner of the business declined to release our car until we pay. Upon arriving at the tow company we found that it wasn't open to the public on weekends(something our property management did not know) but needed to call, also there is also an extra $91 fee because of this "inconvenience" of releasing our wrongfully towed car. When we finally got into the office we were unwelcome by the voice behind the heavily tinted glass who became hostile immediately. Using the information they received from looking up the owner of the vehicle they instantly started berating her about her disability (a vision disability that not once in her 22 years of having have ever caused an issue behind the wheel) and calling her curses such as a f****** blind b****, a Stupid B****. After paying the worker threw our cards through the window causing them to fall over the office floor and refused to show us images they took upon the tow. When we retrieved the car they continued to spew hate referring to me as a f*gg*t multiple times, threatening to have his girlfriend( a sheriff deputy) get involved and that they will continue to keep towing our car as they please now. We now have to live in a constant vigilant state that this predatory, corrupt, and dangerous towing company and its employees now have it out for us as well as the backing of an unlawful sheriff deputy. You can read in other reviews that it is common that their workers treat both vehicles and their owners which I guess in this case, you should refer to them as victims with little regard. No wonder it has an F rating its not a business its a gang.
