      I attempted to order $200 worth or e-liquid but the site refresh kept updating my cart without informing me of the quantity. I was unable to review my cart before the transaction finalized and I was charged $650 instead of $200. I attempted to have my order changed through their support email but they claimed the sale was final even though it wasnt even in processing yet

      I made a purchase on the Vape Craft website on January 22nd and I was charged for this order at the time I place it. They have now attempted to charge my card two additional times. Once on January 23rd and again today January 24th. I spoke with ****** on January 23rd via chat on the website and informed her of the duplicate charge that was attempted and she only shows one charge and she said she would let the Internet team know so it wouldn't happen again, but it happened again today. If my debit card hadn't been locked I would've been charged three times for one order. $146.85 is what they have attempted to collect from me on a $48.95 order. I can't log into my Vape Craft account because when I try it says my account is not approved. When I asked ****** about this issue, she said it could be because the website is undergoing maintenance and to try again. I have tried multiple times and I still can't log into my account to remove the payment method or see what's going on with my account. This is borderline theft and if it continues I will have to report it as such.

      I made an online purchase at Vapecraft on 8/19/2021. Amount $90. Yesterday (9/18/2021) a fraudulent charge appeared on my credit card. This is a new card and the only purchase that has been made was to Vape Craft. A few months prior, there was fraud on my credit card and I suspected that it was also Vape Craft. I contacted them to report this but received no reply. Vape Craft is clearly and systematically stealing credit card information from their online purchasers. The credit card company was informed but I would hope that the police or another agency would investigate this interstate fraud. I do not require any restitution from the company. I would at least like other patrons to be warned.
