      I placed an order with KKW fragrance on ******* on ****** I received an email that my package had shipped, it is now X-XX-XX and I have not received anything and when o try to track the package it says that the label has been created but there is no more information. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with nothing more than an automated response that they will respond within 2 business days and that didn't happen either. I'm very frustrated and want my money or my product but the mere fact that no one responds is the most frustrating part. It says product should be received within 4-7 business days and by my count it has been 10 plus the weekends in between!!!

      I went on the KKW fragrance.com website thinking about buying a perfume on the website because they do not have it in stores where I live at all the only way to smell them was to purchase the perfumes so I purchased a couple of perfumes thinking ok if I don't like it I can just send it back for my refund as I was scrolling I read her website and I swear I did not see the part of no returns at allllll. So my package came and two was already not in the package and I told them this and also the smells of the perfumes was not good I had headaches and it just wasn't what I expected so I contacted them and they basically told me no returns that I should have read it. I told them I did not see that well else I would have not purchased a couple of them and told them everything that was wrong with the order and the smells and basically blew me off and said which ones I didn't get so they can send it I said no because they didn't care about my concerns at all they was rude and told me have a good day and now they don't want to help me out. And I'm stuck because I want my refund that's all. And I willing to send them back the way it came and remember I already was missing 2 sets of the perfumes please help.

      On 12/11/21 at 10:45 pm I placed an or for an Opal Bundle at $120. The next morning (12/12) i received an email that the same product was now on sale for $84. I contacted KKW about a price adjustment of $36 and was told they don't make any adjustments, refunds or exchanges. There was no notification about their strict policy and I feel they should make a price adjustment since it was less than 12 hours of when I placed the order.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/12/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The company refunded me the difference in price and the is exactly what I wanted. They may want to make an adjustment to their strict no refund, no exchange, no price adjustment policy. It would be good customer service if they did.

      I no purchased the KKW Emerald Diamond perfume and would like to get a refund for it. It does not smell like how it was advertised and I became nauseated spraying it to test the smell. I emailed the company on behalf of this as I could not keep this perfume since it's making me physically sick and they would not give me a refund stating that all sales were final. I was not made aware of this while checking out nor adding the product to my cart. I see this as a huge flaw in their system as it tricked me and other customers. Order Number: **********
