I placed an order the day their makeup line came out. I spent about $175.00. I have the order number but havent gotten any kind of confirmation of tracking. You cant track by order number. All of the customer support/contact links on the site are broken.Review from Nancy M

I am filing a complaint BBB THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE IM TRYING TO GET REFUNDED SINCE April 16th I NEVER RECEIVED MY 3 PACKAGES THAT ARE OVER 600.00, IVE CALLED UPS OVER 20 TIMES AND YOUR COMPANY BUT NO REPLY NO ONE IS HELPING ME UPS SAID YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM THE INVOICES OF MY 3 PACKAGES THEY SAID YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS YET IVE SPOKE TO UPS SUPERVISOR UPS KEEPS TELLING ME TO KEEP CALLING YOUR COMPANY AND EMAILING MY REPLY IS I HAVE OVET 20 TIMES CALLING YOUR NUMBER AT AND IVE LEFT OVER 20 MESSAGES AND 20 EMAILS STILL YOU ARE NOT RELPLY TO ANY OF MY MESSAGE HERE ARE THE ORDER NUMBER ONNCE AFAIN KKWFXXXXXX AMT $208.04 AND Amt $208.04 KKWFXXXXXX KKWFXXXXXX AMT.$182.03 STILL NO REFUND IVE EVEN CRYED WITH SEVERAL OF THE UPS SUPERVISOR AND THEY ARE SAYING YOUR NOT EVEN REPLYING WITH UPS AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTING THEY CAN DO UNTIL YOU EMAIL THEM THE INVOICES TO MY ORDERS PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for any issues surrounding your KKW Fragrance orders.
While looking into your account, we do see that you were refunded $182.03 on June 6th, 2022. Due to the chargebacks on the other orders, we were unable to provide assistance as they are passed ** to the bank and we are not able to modify or make changes once this is done.
