            We have been with the company for years we have a credit account we took the car to have the brake fixed a few months back at the end of 23 and we had to take it back because the brakes were still bad and squeaking now here we are three four months later and we had to take it back again because I had a brake pad missing brakes were not working and then when I pick up the vehicle and none of the lug nuts were tightened and my tires keep falling off I can't even drive the vehicle they fell off in the middle of the road I had my 5-year-old niece in the car it's just ridiculous this is crazy it's dangerous they're reliable and we pay too much money and my car is damaged

            I have been going back and forth to this location for over 2 months now. What I came in for you ask? A simple oil change and a tire rotation and a basic inspection First visit: waited two hours for them to tell me I have to come back another day because the oil pan is stuck and they need to order a replacement Second visit: I told them Id wait for the oil change, 2 hours goes by and I check back they said they needed another 4 hours for the oil pan to dry; they comped my Ubers after I was ****** of wasting another 2 hours Third visit: after picking up the car, the dash made a sloshing noise of liquid from left to right without the car even moving and the oil sensor would not clear; yes I tried to clear it myself first. I call and ask what day are they slow on their books for me to come and wait (we are a one car household)Fourth visit: my wife drops the car because they said its going to take a while They call us ****** and say its water bottles I assure them its not They assure me they cant hear anything Fifth visit: oil change light still on and sloshing noise still apparent. Got talked to very rudely by *********************** again that its water bottles and how he didnt see the light and just cleared it. Tells me to go to ****** then ******; they tell me the issue within the hour and write it down to bring back to Firestone Sixth visit : V HELPED ME THIS TIME. Nice guy , sloshing liquid noise is gone, oil light would not go away even with replacing it, okay we tried.Told me the exhaust slightly lowered but not to worry that doesnt affect the performance.Im driving the car today and it sounds like a pick up truck about to die on the farmI drive a 2021 ****** Even though my services were compted, I will never come back here, V was great, **** was great, ***** needs to not work a customer facing job if hes going to have an attitude and talk down to people at 7am when the day just started.
