      The job took much longer than promised. They left a mess and a hole in my wall inside my house. Refused to come back to clean up after their mess, ignored calls, and refused to patch up the hole they made inside my home. After several unanswered calls and messages to them. I decided to file a complaint.

      We sincerely apologize for your experience, and regret this platform to be the opportunity where we get to clarify further details. We completely encourage you to always directly contact us as we have not personally heard of any additional complaints and would love the opportunity to personally address this.In regards to the damage on your wall, our office administrative staff did attempt to contact you and missed you multiple times as you explained your schedule was not matching with ours for a quicker repair. In many occasions, our office contacted you to schedule the repair and you stated you were either "out of town" or "busy". This definitely prolonged the time of completion, and made us feel like we were being evaded. Ultimately, the hole on your wall that we completely take accountability for should have never happened and was truly a man made accident, was repaired and patched and never once did our company acted with the intention to ignore your repair. Additionally, you held back payment from us for many months as you were firm on not paying any of the balance until the repair was done, which we also patiently waited as long as we could and let you enjoy the patio cover that was completed. It was in our best interest to ensure a completed job, therefore why would we not want to complete the repair considering we never collected any money from you after your patio cover was fully built? After the maximum time we could wait to try and get in contact with you, It was not until we had the payment processed that we finally heard from you to be able to finalize the repair and did not hear any additional feedback then. When ******** the owner received calls in his direct cell phone, he always forwarded messages to the staff responsible for immediate response, however we did not receive direct communication from you in the office line even after the office administrators tried reaching you several times for scheduling, and status updates. We have a long history of providing high quality service for our clients and although there may be challenges that can occur along the way, as you experienced, we have always remained professional, communicative, and eager to make things right. We sincerely apologize that you felt like you could not reach out and truly appreciate your feedback as we continue working on ways to improve. We invite you to keep us in mind for future needs, and will always be open to you for any questions or additional help you may need. And as a suggestion would like to emphasize to please contact the office for quicker resolution as ******** finds himself to be on the go. Our staff in the office are available for clients needs and can create much quicker responses and follow through.Best,Patio Designers
