I have been tenant of Park regency in ************ , ********** since October 2021 and have paid my rent on a regular basis . As of October 1st 2023 the mail boxes serving ************* are broken and the *********** can not deliver the mails . Having followed up with the *********** i have learnt that it is the responsibility of Park regency to repair the mail Boxes . The *********** in ************ has also informed me that the Park Regency management has been advised repeatedly to repair the mail Boxes but the manager of Park Regency is informing us that they have requested a Company to make the repair and their best estimate is anytime between 3 to 6 months . This is a long period of time and as a tenant it is very difficult situation without receiving mails . Please advise . ***********************

I am writing to address a concern regarding the cleaning fee that was charged to me after I moved out of Park Regency apartment #*** in the **** building effective 8/9/2023. I was charged a large cleaning fee of $260 (from my deposit), which I believe to be unfair given the thorough deep cleaning that was conducted before my departure (pictures attached)Upon reaching out to the management office to inquire about the charges, I was informed that the fee is a flat rate charged by the cleaning service provider. I asked to provide detailed information on what exactly wasn't clean and was not provided further detail by ************************* (Accounting). In light of this, I conducted further investigation by reviewing the invoice provided by Park Regency. The invoice listed ************************* **** as the cleaning service provider. However, my research revealed that there is no registered company under this name for cleaning services according to the ********** Secretary of State records. In fact, the company listed with that name had been suspended in 2016. This information raises concerns about the legitimacy of the cleaning charges outlined in the invoice.I tried to contact Park Regency via email several times and calling to speak with a property manager to better understand the charges. Even after several attempts and leaving messages, my request was completely ignored with no further explanation. Considering the lack of response from the property management, the provided cleaning company and the questionable information on the invoice, I believe it is only fair to request a refund of the $260 that I was charged for cleaning services that were neither warranted nor conducted. As I read the reviews online, it does appear for this business to charge their tenants after moving out the unfair amount of cleaning fees and this needs to be looked into further.

My husband is renting an apartment due to a multi month construction project he is on with ****** Construction. Unbeknownst to us, this complex requires renter's insurance. Which is another complaint separate from this. We have a home in PA covered by ********************* which covers additional temporary residences above and beyond the coverage limits the complex requested. They required to be an additional insured on our homeowners which our underwriter will not do because they have no insurable interest in our belongings that are in the apartment. They would not accept that. Additionally they tell renters who to get insurance from. Verbatim in the approval email received from the complex:"Copy of your renters insurance in the minimum amount of $20,000 personal property and $100,000 Liability. Please add Park Regency as an additional interest.Enroll at residentshield.com or call **************"If that isn't collusion/getting a kickback I don't know what is.

Apartment manager is refusing to correct billing after they had an account error. Their automated billing was charging me a higher rate so I refused to pay the incorrect amount amount and now they are billing me late fee.
