  I signed up after a short 20 min trial class at Club Pilates in ****** Creek, **. At the time of sign up I was informed that I was obliged to keep the contract for 3 months. That I would be billed for 3 months period regardless of taking classes or not. I agreed and was excited to start the classes!Shortly after this time, I tried to sign up for classes but I was not able to attend as I had to work multiple jobs and most classes were full and or wait listed during times I was available. 3 months passed and I thought my subscription would have ended because I signed up for a 3 month agreement. But payments kept coming out of my account even after that. I didnt even notice until I had fraudulent activity on my current account and it was shut down. After which Club Pilates started messaging me for past due payments. I messaged them to please cancel my account because it passed the 3 months I originally signed up for in July, 2022 and I never once was able to come in And use the actual services. The current Manager at the Walnut Creek Location ******* states that I am not allowed to cancel my account, unless I pay for the past due amount. She says its some clause in the contract, which I had no knowledge about when I signed up for 3 months only I had informed her that I signed up for only 3 months and I never used the service even once! But this company is refusing to cancel my subscription even though I paid for a service I never used for Almost 5 months already! She says they will continue to charge me monthly and send my account to collections!!! This is very unfair to charge people against their will to cancel an unused subscription. Please help me to cancel and sort out this mess. I want to cancel my subscription and not pay anything further for services being charged for over 5 months which I never used. I already paid way more than I should have for nothing. This is deceitful tactics and I wish to take no part in any of this. Please Help Resolve

  Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this. As all Club Pilates studios are franchised, we do not have access to other locations or membership agreements. We are the Canyon Creek Club Pilates location in ***********, ***** and as this occurred at the Walnut Creek studio in **********. ************** will need to reach out to that location directly or to another under the same franchise owners for assistance with her account.
