DISCONNECTED CALL, COULD NOT UPLOAD INFORMATION INTO THEIR DATABASE, TRANSFERRED ME TO WRONG ***** AGAIN, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN STATED THEY COULD HELP OUR BUSINESSAFTER WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME AND INSULTING OUR C.O.O.       We are writing in response to the complaint filed by ****************;as recorded in your notification. We wish to provide clarity and context to the situation described, and affirm our position regarding this matter.


      Clarification of Business Relationship:****************;is not a customer of our company, nor do we have a record of them utilizing our services. The individual contacted our office seeking insurance coverage for an industry we explicitly do not serve. Upon recognizing the nature of the inquiry, we immediately directed them to a specialized partner better suited to their needs.


      Summary of Interaction.
      Service Inquiry: During the initial communication, *************** was informed of our inability to provide the requested service. This information was delivered clearly and professionally.
      Repeated Contacts: Following this, they made several additional calls attempting to procure services we had already stated were outside our scope. Each of these calls was handled with the utmost professionalism, despite the growing frustration from them.
      Behavioral Concerns:We must also address the conduct of ***************, which was found to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful towards our staff. Our employees reported that *************** was persistently rude and disparaging, making communication exceedingly difficult. This behavior was not only unwarranted but also against the principles of respectful and constructive dialogue we uphold with all interactions.


      Conclusion:We regret that *************** feels their experience did not meet their expectations. However, it is important to note that their needs lay outside our service capabilities, and our team conducted themselves with professionalism and integrity throughout the interaction. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our customer interactions. We also don't believe that is a valid claim because *************** is not a customer of our company, nor do we have a record of them utilizing our services.

      For several years I have had insurance with this company. I have called multiple times to verify that my coverage was adequate only to find out that they have never had adequate coverage because they dont cover children. I have stated multiple times that I work teaching children I am seeking a full refund as well as restitution for now having to search frantically to find coverage with another company.

      This is another instance of miscommunication. Customer never reached out to us with a request of cancellation or a refund, instead they went straight to file a complaint.

      After we learned about the issue, we reached out to the insured and implemented solution that was accepted by the customer. I believe this issue is resolved.

      I've been using BizInsure for three years. I had an insurance broker from another brokerage offer to shop my rate for me and she discovered that the main reason I purchased insurance coverage is actually listed as an exclusion on page 15 of the fine print for my policy. I am angry that I've been sold a policy that actually provides me little to no coverage for what I need it for. My business deals with minors exclusively yet minors were added as an exclusion to my policy without my knowledge and I wasnt provided the documents stating that until after I paid for my policy.

      We have been in touch with our insured since we found out about this complaint. We do not believe that this case should have been brought through the BBB complaint in the first place. Customer should have reached out to our service team first. Unfortunately we only found out about the issue through you guys, so we believe this is a miscommunication.

      I hired SB to build a website and host it on the net, I could never find the site anywhere, I asked about the site several times, I was to it takes two months to climb the latter, I waited 5 months still nothing happened, so I left and tried to give them one more chance but the same thing happened, we canceled Sb and went to another company, we asked for ********** and we received a link but we cannot make any changes, the phone number on the page doesnt belong to our company, I called several times to remove the number and the receptionist keep say someone is going to call me back, I called back know Im blocked from calling, I called from another phone and got the same response, We will call you back, these people have no plans on fixing my site and I refuse to pay for another one.

      I think it was sent to us by mistake. BizInsure (I'm not sure what SB stands for) is an online insurance agency and we don't provide hosting or website design services.
