******* is my agent / customer service rep. at **********************. She is respectful, courteous, very well informed and really cares about her client's needs. ******* is an asset to the Bizinsure family and has assisted me renew my E&O policy on more than one occasion. Most notably, I had been dropped by the carrier on the second renewal without any given reason. In fact, it was due to a clerical error on the carrier's part. ******* contacted the carrier and was instrumental in reinstating the policy on my behalf. She is a wonderful agent.

I have never needed to file a claim, but I think that their customer service is pretty good. unfortunately, I have experienced long hold times, but when you actually get someone, they are always very professional. Also, you can self help a lot on their website and they accept emails too. I would say that my experience working with them over the last several years has been very positive.Review from Caroleen C
