Contracted on 12/4/2023 and paid a $300 deposit for repairs to my paver driveway after ***********, salesman, visited on 11/30/2023. Uneven pavers were to be removed, a new paver base of 30 mm sand established, the pavers replaced and paver edges that had buckled mortared. After multiple rescheduled appointments, ***** came to my home on 1/8/24 with no materials and the wrong job scope. I reached out to *******, the scheduler (again) and the job was eventually requoted and "completed" on 1/11/2024. I paid the balance of $2850 by check on that date. The workmen did not have enough materials/sand and asked me if I had any, so I gave them a 50-pound bag of beach sand. By 2/1/2024 (less than 3 weeks later), the driveway pavers were buckling and sinking again. I provided photographs to ******* of Concrete Paver Restorations and she promised to have someone come to do repair it. It's been over 2 months, multiple text exchanges with photos and no service. I also emailed ***********************, the **** 0n 3/4/2024 and received no response.Customer response

The paver company texted me Wednesday night to schedule an appointment for Thursday or Friday. Told then it was to short of notice for Thursday and agreed for Friday 4/26 at 12:30 PM.They shows up today (Friday) at 10:52 AM for 12:30 PM appointment. So I agreed to let them do it.After taking up a row of pavers, ***** said I must be wrong or the gophers did it. They showed me a 8 inch long run 2 inches deep in the 12 foot strip. He tried to blame me for being wrong. He called ******* (scheduler). She came to see and the driveway. Told me I would have to pay more to repair it. Told her no they had not brought 33mm sand last time and they tried to BS me. ******* called he boss ******* She put me on the phone with ****. I explained that his crew did not do it properly the first time and bring the materials needed.**** and I had a discussion about it, and he agreed that they would fix it correctly this time. (still a little short of sand). **** tried to tell me about costs on coming back out for his 2 man crew. I told him that it was costing me money for my time off from work for their mistake again.**** said that there would be "no cost" to me and consider it good will for a good customer after charging me over $3,000.00 the first time.I hope this resolves the matter.Business response

I hired this company to seal my newly installed pavers and that didn't happen.They came on Tuesday 11/16/2021 and washed driveway.11/17/2021 They came back and said they were going to apply two coats of sealer for the wet look. (That did not happen) Our cameras show one application was done. Driveway, walkways had a light shine, not wet looking. We later texted the guys that their's proplems and missed areas on the driveway and walkways.I sent pictures to him. And he said would come back on Thursday 11/18/2021. And said He would fix those areas with another coat of sealer. (That didn't happen) This guy, 'hot water' power washed the sealant off my driveway and walkways??? Now the pavers are a mess ???We then texted him and asked what was the reason for power washing the whole driveway and walk ways???We were upset!!!We texted Him again and wanted our money back!!! But, he was toying with us about having our check twice.I sent our text messages to you to review the details of our conversation.
