I saw an add on insta gram about implants dental replacements company call Bay smiles, spoke with a rep came to a ******************* call Baylands pediatrics for the consultation I was informed that the dentist does services at that location with his representative. We went over pricing for the services. I thought they were too expensive so we did a credit check to see if I can get a loan in order to get the best price according to the rep. I would have to use their Lender i agreed. X-rays of my mouth were taken basic on the add that was free. I was told by the sales Rep my credit check would be considered as a soft pul in till the the surgery took place in 45 days and that was a lies when I checked it was a hard pull immediately when I checked .A week later I was supposed to meet up with the doctor at the office. Over the weekend i did some price checking on the ************ and found it at a cheaper price contacted the company and informed them that I no longer wanted to use their services to be greeted with pleasant experience . I was told lets try cheaper option I declined to go cheaper I dont want any service I reached out to the loan company they said nothing can be done i made and honest mistake and the company wants to take my money for me choose of not doing business with them Im being harassed by the creditors because they dont have my banking information . Bay smiles of Berkeley/Shadelands Pediatrics of Walnut has been an unpleasant experience you mean to tell me one week after meeting with these folks and I decided to cancel treatment that not possible? ************************ and his Sales lady have some very shady and Deceptive tactics to acquire business at the cost of the consumer paid closer attention to the terms and what theyre trying to sale.
