      I never received my order ******** and when I contacted the merchant, I was denied a refund. Rayban is an absolute scam of a company, I want my money back for the glasses I ordered but never got.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against RAYBAN regarding my order #******** placed in April.According to the shipping tracking information and weight records, it is clear that some items from my order were missing. The weight of only 1.90 LBS indicates that they have only sent 2 out of the 5 RAYBAN items I had purchased.Despite contacting RAYBAN's customer service multiple times over the past three months, they have failed to resolve this issue. The different customer service representatives have only provided various excuses and empty promises, reassuring me that they will follow up and send the remaining items. However, each time they gave me false hope, but ultimately there has been no new information or resolution.I have made repeated efforts to get RAYBAN to address this problem, but they have not provided a satisfactory solution. I am deeply disappointed with their lack of accountability and failure to deliver the complete order I paid for.I request that RAYBAN be required to reship the 3 missing items to me as soon as possible I only received the two pieces pictured

      I am unsure as to why this location received this complaint as it is an online issue with a customer located in ********, ******. Online purchases have nothing to do with retail brick and mortar locations, and I would expect the BBB to know the differences between the two. Retail locations have no control over online issues, any issues have to be handle by the online customer service. This location can help or assist with any purchases made at an actual Ray-Ban retail store; and is more than happy to address any customer issues from this location.

      I placed an order (********) with Ray-Ban which I canceled. I need a check for the full refund of $146.87 to be mailed to my home address:********************************************************************** I have contacted Ray-Ban repeatedly over the past month and their only responses have been to pretend to not know how to issue a refund, and blame third parties who then blame Ray-Ban.Because the refund "process" has taken so long, my original method of payment is no longer active as I have closed the credit card account since. This has been explained to them on at least FIVE separate occasions, to which they respond by 1) attempting to refund the closed account and 2) blaming third parties.Again, the only acceptable resolution for me at this point is:I need a check for the full refund of $146.87 to be mailed to my home address:**********************************************************************

      On 7/8/23 I purchased some ray ban sun glasses at Ray Ban on ****************************************************************. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and attempted to return the product. I have the original item in the package with the receipt and per the stores policy returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase and I had attempted to return the item 28 days later. The store would not honor their own return policy and kept insisting I take an exchange instead. I do not want an exchange and want my money back. I believe the store is not giving a return because they want to keep their sales commission. I had a very bad experience with the sales associate ***** and his manager.
