I tried to work with the on-site Manager, ******, at the ******** and ********. location in ** **, however, after being treated unfairly. 10/24/21 at ~2:30pm PT, I used the Diesel pump number 4, Ive had this happen before with this exact pump where it pumps really slow and then doesnt click off when it is complete. This happened on 12/13/19 at ~5:30pm PT. At first it fills up 1 gallon in about 10-15mins. On 10/24/21, it was pouring rain, I kept walking out to check progress and going back to my car to stay dry. I noticed cars to my right come and go and realized it is taking a long for me to fill my tank, I got out about 3 times to check, with the pump still filling very slowly. The pump was then overflowing out of my car and the gallons were at ****** gallons. Note: my car only takes 16 gallons total and I had about a gallon left in my car, so totally shouldve been 15 gallons or less. It was $4.759/gallon, I was charged $22.95 over what I should have not paid. The gas station was a hazard with the Diesel spilling all over the ground. I finally got in touch with ****** who already heard of my situation the following week, she let me know she would refund me with a gift card since she could not refund it to my credit card. She also let me know that someone else had a similar incident and this was how it was resolved. I was fine with this resolution, I just needed to wait for ****** to get approval from her District Manager (DM). After a few weeks and me reaching out to ****** a few times, she kept letting me know that her DM was at a conference and she wasnt able to get in touch. My finally 5th or 6th call, I asked her to please resolve the situation since it has been a month since the incident happened. She finally let me know that she could not do the gift card and that I didnt know how to do math since the prices were just raised. She also claimed that ALL Diesel tanks pumps do not click off, which is completely false.
