Refund and Exchange Policy

The refund policy will only beapplied in these 2 cases:

1.) Atthe time of checking the service with the team, the customer must report anyareas of the property that need more attention to the team. If the customerdoes not let the team fix those spots immediately, the customer must sendphotos of any areas that need extra attention to the company phone. We willreview the photos and make a partial refund based on the details that aredisclosed to us, as long as the claim is within the type of service contractedand is in accordance with our policy.

2.) Ifthe customer is not present at the time of cleaning or is unable to check withthe team, at the end of the work, the customer must report any areas of concernwithin 24 hours after completion of service. In this case we will offer theteam’s return to the property to correct any areas of concern. If the customerdoes not accept the team’s return we will analyze the photos and make a partialrefund based on the details disclosed to us through the company phone; as longas the claim is within the type of service contracted and is in accordance withour policy.
Note: Ifthe client requests any refund of our services to their bank, we will have acollector agency contact the client, and if the payment is not concluded, wewill report the client to the credit bureau.
We neverrefund 100%.
