On December 15, 2022 I purchased a pair of earrings for a gift. I paid $160 Gave the gift in July 2023 (recipient is long distance so gave when I saw her)When gift was opened recipient saw that the earrings were two different colors. Looks as if one had oxidized.Took gift back to store. Said they wouldn't do anything without receipt. Took in charge that appeared on the bank statement. They said couldn't accept. All I wanted was the earrings fixed - not refunded not exchanged. They said couldn't repair without my actual receipt.Offered to leave earrings and copy of bank statement for Manager. Asked for receipt for earrings I was leaving. Salesperson said they don't give receipts. Asked to speak with Manager. Salesperson said not possible. Asked for name of Manager. She gave me first name. Said she couldn't give out manager last name. She also pointed out that I was being recorded on a camera and that my conversation was also being recorded. I said OK. I have nothing to hide. Salesperson also told me not to come in store when other customers were in store because she didn't want them to hear my problem. One week ago, she told me that the manager would call me. she hasn't. I didn't leave the earrings because this store is not trustworthy and I would have not proof that I left them. I have tried to find out about this company and can find nothing except that it is a *************** There are other similar complaints about this company on-line. It seems to be a very secretive company.
