I made the transaction for order number M7450BYV on May 21 for $34.90 in exchange for 1 vile of waterproof lash sealant to be shipped and delivered in 2-3 business days. I have received no product or update as of 17 days later; the company has not tried to refund or reach out to me. I saw the product advertised on ******* on May 20th in this video **********************************************************Business response

Hi this is not my business she bought this form I do not sell online products I am a lash tech and only do onsite services. I also havent been in business for over 2 years now due to me being pregnant and having a new addiction to our family. I have no clue who she bought that form or whos site that is.Initial Complaint

On November 30th, 2021 I had an eyelash extension appointment with V/lashed by V/MinxyMink (she goes by all 3). I paid $100 for hybrid eyelash extensions to be individually applied. She stated the service takes 2hrs and she was licensed. My appointment was at 10 am. During the appointment I noticed my eye was starting to hurt. I told her. I even got up walked to the mirror and could see the lash she installed was stabbing me in the eye due to her negligence of putting in too close to my lash line. She removed it and continued. About two hours into the service my eyes were watering and hurting. I told her. She stated she fixed it once again. This happened about 3 more times. After 3 hrs she said she was done. I got up, left eye was red and something was stuck on my left lash and bothering my eye. I told her. She stated it was just a piece of the tape and just wash lashes and everything will be fine. 5 hours later my eye is still in a lot of pain. I texted her and sent picture explaining the issues. She immediately caught an attitude, became super unprofessional and refused to refund money. I told her since she already spent an extra hour trying to fix it and non of her suggestions work, I dont want to spend more hours fixing and want to remove and refund due to my real lashes now falling out and the extreme discomfort my left eye was now in. She sent a rude text back and blocked me. I was woken up at 5 am to severe pain in my eye, it extremely red and lashes on my pillow. Due to her negligence and bad application I am now suffering. Not only have my real lashes been damaged, my time wasted, money wasted, I know have to spend extra money to have these removed and money on medical bills to get my eye checked and treated. Hello my name is ****************************************** owner of MinxyMink. I am messaging in response to case #*******.
My first encounter with Ms.******* was in November when she called to set an appointment for November 30th at 10am which was agreed she would pay the cash amount of $66.00 dollars as I was matching a price for her for the holidays.
Day of the appointment I greeted Ms.******* at the reception area at 10:05am. We finished her appointment at 12:30.
During the appointment Ms.******* expressed that her eye was a little irritated on the left hand side corner she then got up and looked in the mirror and layed back down as I examined the area. I saw nothing poking her eye or any irritation. I then proceeded to fishing her lashes.
She then at the end of her appointment processed to pay me the amount of $66.00 dollars with a tip amount $14.00 = $80.00.
I then asked Ms.******* how was her left eye and she said it was fine I wished her a great day and we parted ways.
Later that day around 5:45pm received a text message from Ms.******* stating her eye was irritated still and she sent me a photo of her eye which had no irritation and you could see there where no lashes poking her eye. I then asked if she could come in the next day witch was Wednesday December 1st so I could either fix the problem or remove the lashes for her free of charge. She never agreed to come in for the next day and told me why waste either of are time anymore and that she wanted a refund and she would go somewhere else to get her lashes removed and done by someone else. Ms.******* was not happy that I have a non refundable policy and once that was stated she stopped responding.
I then reached out a second time to her on yelp when she left her feedback. She responded with not so nice comments and went as far as brining my child in to the conversation and saying I hope you can use that towards a new business. At this point I feel that I have done everything I could do resolve this issue despite her rude comments. Never did I block or act in a rude way with Ms.*******. Ms.******* has lied on numerous accounts because I have a non refundable policy and she did not get her way.

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is lying. I paid her $100 cash. Originally she was suppose to do a $66 dollar service but once I arrived she stated because I wanted Hybrid lashes they would be more, $100. $66 dollars is only for the classic lashes. I have attached proof of the business conversation with me via text and on yelp. She acknowledged in the text on many occasions that I did notify her of something poking my eye and she also stated she fixed it and removed the lashes multiple times to try to fix it. I want a full refund for $100 that I paid her or I will now take her to court for not only the $100 but also now defamation of character, injury and other liabilities that has resulted from her negligence. I have also submitted proof that I texted her numerous times and she did not respond because I was blocked, she did not contact me again until I left negative review on yelp. She then only contacted me to argue not to refund money. In text she also stated I spent 3 hrs on your lashes, the appointment was for two hours and I gave her an extra hour to try to fix the problem. I paid went home and followed her instructions to alleviate the issues but hours later was still having issues. At this point I did not trust her to continue to fix the problem since she spent a extra hour trying and couldnt not so therefore requested a refund due to not receive the service I requested (eyelashes that will last 2/3 weeks). The physical damage caused by ******** was one thing now the emotional stress and damage she has caused is a whole other issue. I am being kind by just requesting only the money I paid. I never signed a contact and at the moment of service there was no non-refund policy listed or noted anywhere. I have also taken screenshots of that proof as well.

In regards to this situation and response I will be attaching the correct amount for the hybrid set that was listed on the Groupon in the amount of $128.00 dollars. Which I still gave to her for the discounted price of $66.00 dollars. I was willing to remove the lashes next day never did she state she wanted to come in she continued to argue all my appointments are by appointment I do not take walk-ins due to the type of building my business is located in. The business is located in a new development area so if she did in fact text me back I did not receive it I have a bad signal in that area off and on. This is in no way personal for me and still is not even though she was rude enough to make statements about my child after I reached out to her on Yelp for the second time. If Ms.******* can show proof she had her lashes removed by another company with proof of payment I will be willing to refund the amount she paid with tip in the amount of $80.00 dollars and ask she remove her review from Yelp as this situation will have been resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner has now done another criminal act by submitting a Document and forging my signature. That HIPPA form submitted was not signed by me nor was ever seen by me. I will now be pursing legal action and filing a lawsuit. I will see the owner in court.

Not sure what that is she is submitting but its not from me HIPPA i is s but something I use. I reached out to Ms.******* a few days ago and sent her a text and also sent her Apple Pay of 120 more then the amount she says she paid. She probably blocked me and didnt get it. If she purses legal action I will hire a lawyer and *** her fit false documents and etc.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner sent me a apology letter via text on Friday, December 17th at 12:41 pm. I replied that same day at 2:09 pm. She then sent $120 in Apple Pay via text at 6:58 pm. I have attached the text messages proof showing all communication. If the business owner is not receiving my responses ( although Ive already asked her to only contact me through the BBB moving forward), she needs to contact her service provider or she clearly has my number blocked. She is also texting me from another random number **************. I have blocked both of those personal numbers and told the owner once again to only contact me through the official channels as well.
