My mother is 86 years old I saw and recommended this place for a facial!! That is all! My mother 86 years old came home and said she felt bullied and uncomfortable while trying to leave! She told me she signed something but wasnt sure what! I looked at the receipt and they charged her 2100.00$ for some thing in the future! They never contacted her until I told her to disputed! All of a sudden they made an appointment for her without even asking her if it was convenient!! These sales tactics are shady! Especially for the elderly! I will never let my mom go by herself or go to this establishment!!Initial Complaint

I bought a package from this beauty spa under false pretenses. I have not used any of the package yet. I was brought in by a promotional deal. Before even engaging in the treatment I went into a room with the sales specialist and was heavily pressured into purchasing a package. I have never experienced so much pressure to buy anything in my life. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I said I was not sure at the time, and continued into the treatment room. As I went to leave to pay, I was again pulled back into the room and again pressured to buy a package. It was a very trapping feeling, I tried saying no in many different ways, but the pressure continued and out of panic I accepted a package, Over a week went by and I was still experiencing pain in my face, I was told by the sales lady that my pain was totally normal. Another two weeks passed and I was still in pain and having nerve sensitivity. I asked over and over to speak with a manager, these requests are documented in email and text. I then asked to speak with a doctor or medical professional since they market themselves as a medical spa and was denied all of these requests. I was constantly redirected to the women who is in charge of sales. I then called Lilly Beauty again requesting a refund. I was met with a lot of resistance, and told there were not refunds, even though I had used none of my package. My package included Microneedling treatments. I then asked if the micro needling was done by a nurse or medical professional and was told that it is done by an aesthetician and assured it was medical grade. This is not legal in ** to have an aesthetician provide micro needling. After many more attempts of reaching corporate I finally was connect to ***********. I tried multiple times to connect, even agreeing on specific times and he never follow through with the agreed upon times, this is also documented. I bought a package under false pretenses and I want a full refund.
