I purchased a Tushbaby for my baby while I was pregnant. When I was finally able to use this product the buckle broke. I contacted Tushbaby and inquired about their product waranty and communicated to them that my buckle was faulty and broke when I started to use it. I received the worst customer service. I was sent a new buckle in the mail a month after initialing contacting the company. I had to reach out twice just to get it mailed to me. I was sent a new buckle and was told to replace it myself. I was unable to replace the buckle because the fabric is very thick and it would not go through the first loop. I contacted customer service and told them what was happening. They were unhelpful. I told them I cannot get the fabric through the loop after trying numerous times. They offered to sell me an open box tushbaby for $25.00. Instead of helping me replace the buckle they just wanted to sell me more product. I refuse to spend 25$ just because the tushbaby I have is faulty. I was also told that I purchased the product a year ago and should be happy with being offered $25 for a replacement. My tushbay was purchased when I was pregnant and as soon as my baby was old enough to use the product it broke. Apparently there is one person working for the company named ******** who claims to be the customer service manager. I do not reccomend this product as their customer service is trash. I will be purchasing another hip seat from another company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT because when it breaks you might as well throw it away. I will be leaving reviews on every avenue of social media I have.

Hello, ***** I am so sorry you felt we did not address your issues with the buckle. We did send photos of how to replace the buckle as well as sent the replacement buckle for free although wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. We did email you on 1/9/24 and offered to send an unboxed tushbaby but we did not hear back.
