      08/06/2024

6/17/2022 We were hired by ****************** to do some work. The amount came to $23,500. between June 17th 2022 and August 4th. 2022 We went to her home approximately 23 times to do work. of the $23,500 that ******************** us, she only paid $7000. The work was 90% done when we asked for a payment and she refused. That is when we decided to stop doing work. At this point we were taking a loss. This all happened over two years ago. We. wrote this off as a bad debt with what we should have done was take her to civil court because she still owes us a balance of $16,500. I have documentation of every single visit we've had there. Who went and what was done. There's not enough room for me to upload all these files, but upon request, I can provide them. This job was such a problem that rather than. taking her to court and going through all this. We just wanted to be rid of it and have it be over. The fact that *************** is filing a complaint two years later and asking for a refund is ridiculous. How can we refund a job that was never paid? As you can see by the documents that I provided, it was written off as a bad debt because it was not paid. We did a lot of work. We supplied a lot of labor and a lot of materials. Now she's slandering our business. Filing complaints on social media and with the BBB that are unfounded. and came out of the clear blue sky. It is my opinion that she's in need of money. And maybe that's why she's doing this because she is completely in the wrong. I can provide whatever documentation that you require.
