****** from John Buys Bay Area Houses made a fair offer right from the start, and they stood by it. Working with ****, the closing manager, was a breeze. He was on top of everything, especially when it came to dealing with difficult tenants. I started off skeptical, but by the time we closed, all my doubts vanished. One is skeptical about the hype of any advertisement. However, John Buys Bay Area Houses delivered on promise. Once screened on the initial phone contact (to assure we were both serious about selling/buying the property) we met with ******************* who evaluated the property, discussed the process, and we agreed on a price pending inspection. We renegotiated the price based on some inspection issues with the foundation. We feel that the negotiation was honest and the "as is" price fair. Key to making this process work is ****** coordinator, *******************, who stayed on top of the process beginning to end. If there was an issue to deal with, she resolved it with expertise and speed.We were able to close within a couple of days of our targeted date! Selling my dads house to John Buys Bay Area Houses was easy, fair and stress free. There were no fees or real estate commissions to pay, no repairs to be made and no clean up of the property. The staff was professional, friendly and kept us well informed throughout the transaction process. The staff always kept their appointment times, and escrow signing was completed at my home. If you have an inherited house that you need to sell, I would highly recommend that you contact this company.Review from David M
