I was told thag they would fix my iPad screen. The first time, they broke it further and it took a week to get ahold of them again. Finally they came back out and fixed it , however it was still broken and was not working. They took over $200 from me even though they promised I could have a refund and they would come back and fix it. Instead, the owner decided to block me and further charge my credit card. I already disputed it with my bank but these people have my credit card info, my location, broke my ipad, and then blocked my phone number. I dont know what to do. I have a broken iPad and stolen credit card number now.
