Sungrade installed solar panels in my property as of September 2022 and the panels are not generating enough power for daily consumption which has caused *** to bill me for over $3000 for a years worth of power consumed. Sungrade has gone out of business and I need my panels to be looked at. The phone provided by my lender does not ring at all *************. We need someone to be responsible for the financial damage caused by this company, and more importantly we need our panels fixed!

My solar system is not generating nearly the energy that was promised. My electric bill has gone up each year, rather than down and in addition to that I am making monthly payments on the panels. Now that the company is out of business, there is no way to monitor my system or get help. Part of the contract stated that the company would come and remove the panels in the event I need a new roof for $499, but now they are out of business and nobody answers the phone. I need a new roof and will have to pay thousands to have the panels removed and reinstalled. I want them to come take the panels off and refund what I've paid and cancel the remaining debt.

We purchased solar panels fun this company in April 2018. They are now out of business. We were promised a 25 year warranty. The panels are not working now and we have to get another service provider.

SunGrade has been our solar provider since 2018. We noticed recently that our system hasn't been working and the system has been disconnected, apparently since Oct 2022. No alerts or notifications from SunGrade. We call SunGrade and no response, only to find out on online search that the company has been out of business for months! They did not contact us - absolutely no notifications from SunGrade! We have gone months without our solar not operating! This company needs to be accountable to their customers - action needs to be taken!

Sungrade solar installed solar panels on my home. Now I am having roof leaks due to bad installation. I would like sungrade to pay for the roof repair and for taking off the panels and reinstalling them once the repair is competed.

We signed a contract for 23k for a solar panel installation on our house in July 23, 2023. The installers were rough on the house and said that they didnt have time to finish the job and would return to place the rails at the final inspection. They never showed up to the inspection and Sungrade (who subcontracted the installation) refuses to discuss the matter or complete the installation. Nevertheless the panels were finally approved by the city and ready to activate in mid December. Once I paid the final installment, it took 42-days for them to activate our solar system, and then we discovered that 25% of our solar panels are defective, a impacting our ability to produce and use electricity efficiently. A technician did come by and said that Sungrade had hired a very cheap installer who had done a terrible job. He was able to activate one of the panels, but not the rest. They have stopped taking my calls and have not repaired out system.

I received an email from Sungrade Solar that they are closing business and referred me to equipment manufacturers. They did not tell me how the 25 years warranty will be honored on the fully paid Solar system I had them install in 2018.

We hired Sungrade Solar to install our solar system. System has never worked properly and as of right now we have a malfunctioning backup battery which Sungrade Solar confirmed needed to be serviced but have not been able to get in touch with anyone since August 2022. We try calling the company number but just get a voicemail and never hear back from anyone after leaving voicemails. All the email addresses of the reps we had been communicating with in the past now bounce back as "invalid" email addresses and that they do not exist. This has been going on since August 2022.

My solar power equipment went out in June of 22. I discovered and called. For approximately two weeks I had no solar power. They came and fixed the converter but one panel still does not work. They will not come back to repair. Complete fraud of a company. They do nothing they promised. My true up bill is too much and wont remedy the problem.

Sungrade Solar is going out of business. They are not telling their customers so they can continue to defraud them. This needs to be exposed. Their customers should know. My solar system is not finished. I have wires hanging off the side of my house and nothing is completed. There are holes in the exterior of my house from their work they said they would fill that haven't been filled. There was no cleanup done after installs like the contract says they would do. The warranties are no longer valid because they won't be around anymore. Nothing from the contract is valid anymore. They have abandoned the project and aren't living up to their contractual obligations. I want my solar project FINISHED!!!
