worst company ever created waisted money tying and now getting kicked out of my school apartment just because osha on click saftey wated to freeze and i couldnt do anything about it and the support ***** and tells you to figure it out yourself so yes waited 200 dollars for nothing as a student going to ******* tech the **** and so does their support i could have used that for anything else also waited 24 hours doing the osha to begin with so yes click saftey ***** dont use them they are a rip off

What a horrible experience I was technical issues, so I called clicksafety to resolve it and I was met with the most rude employee I have ever talked to he was extremely patronizing. He did a horrible job explaining why I might have the issue, I didn't really understand what he was explaining,so his reaction was to treat me horribly. Then out of no where he just stopped talking for like 2 minutes and was angry at me, he said I was talking over him, acting like he's was in preschool. Then he also goes on to say that I could fix the issue by calling them when I complete the course and also by not changing my wifi I think he said I don't know. But the issue resolved itself he did nothing so I asked "what if I have this issue again can I call you to fix it" and can u clarify on what ur explaining to me and he proceeded to say "no have a nice day" this was a disgusting experience and should be addressed immediately, also I will never be returning to click safety

Many things wrong with this program. Links are repetitive and some have error 404. Not Found or have been discontinued.Was told to use Chrome after having issues with identifying examples in a picture shown on the screen. Continued to have same problem throughout 8hr module. Not sure what the issue is but their programs need updating.

Terrible company. I bought the 30-hour course through another company and they registered me in Clicksafety. After spending over 15 hours studying, third of the way on the course, i had to travel. Upon my return 3 weeks later, i tried to connect to continue with my course, and the page opened but said i had zero courses. i called all the phone numbers i could find. At the end they just told me that they were not authorized to give that course and they were refunding my money. Yes, they refunded, a man very unfriendly and almost rude, but what happened with all the time i spent? He didnt care. No interest in trying to help, or where i could go, or if there was anyway i could recuperate the chapters i had already done. Nothing. Horrible, if you are reading this, look for another website, there are many.Dumb me that i didnt read the reviews beforehand.

I was using my phone but it kept timing me out and kicking me off. I have a ****** pixel 6 with chrome built in. So chrome didnt work. I switched to my ipad mini and it still didnt work. I used my laptop to do the classes and i spent so far 3 weeks to get halfway done. They make you sit there for 1 minute per slide. There were like 35 sections. Each broken into 4-6 small sections. Each smaller section takes roughly 25 minutes to complete. Many take 40 minutes due to the 30 slides that run for 90 seconds each. Do the math. This takes way over 30 hours. I kept getting kicked off because it said I had times out for the day. I had logged in for maybe 5 minutes and it said I had been online for 2 hours. No. There were times I didnt log in for a full few days and it still said I already spent most my time for the day. I contacted customer service and got no help unlocking my account and it kept happening. Beware getting a quiz wrong 3 times. They don't tell you in advance to write down the answers or get kicked out of the entire class. When you fail a quiz you have to sit through the 20 minute presentation again and try to remember what you got wrong. They don't give you the correct answer and when they send you to a section for "review" it doesn't pertain or have the correct answer in it. Run away from ClickSafety. Waste of money. There ARE better websites.

Well, it wasn't until I had issues that I found out the low quality of this training company. Not surprised that almost every review is terrible. My biggest issue is the false advertising on course length, There is NO WAY you can complete the course in the time stated. Even without any idle time, it is much longer than they claim. Their excuses for this are very unsatisfactory but at that point you are stuck. Many parts of the training are complete repeats so this course could be modified to fit the stated time. There hasn't been any updates in over 10 years,Run away from this company and find another online training provider.

Horrible programs. Many wrong answers, vague wording of questions and horrible support from both the tech side and my "Rep". On many of the programs it is required to get 100% of the questions right. That would be fine if the information didn't contradict what was asked on the test questions. After missing one, you must retake long sections of some programs over again and just hope you don't get multiple vague/wrong questions to answer from their pool. Very disappointed in the quality of the training we are paying a very high premium to get.
