I ordered a color by number set as a gift on Dec. 14th 2023 and received a photo print instead. The website lists no option for photo prints though they do advertise they do them; therefore I could not have accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I reached out to try and get a replacement sent to me. They will not respond to my request for the right product.Initial Complaint

On June 2,2022 I received my paint by numbers canvas. The color was completely off so I requested a new canvas which I was told I would receive. I also requested to get a proof picture of it before they sent it out just to make sure it looked ok. I was offered to also get a new one and waited for the proof. They sent me an e-mail stating the example was attach to the email which it wasn't! So I emailed them again saying it wasn't. I've emailed them 4 other times and contacted both of the companies Facebook and Instagram pages with no messages back. Also tried to call their businesses phone number. I've bought paintings from them for the past 4 years and never has it taken this long. I can tell they are ignoring my messages. I sent them a last emailing with a picture telling them just to print this one and send it because I am over the wait. And still nothing. My emails show that they offered a redo painting. That's all I want from them is to have it redone.Business response
