Hello, I bought a 2-1 exhaust for my **** ******************** Ultra Classic EFI from **** on Jan 27th. The exhaust looked great, was easy to install, and seemed like a great purchase. After install, I noticed the bike running rough mainly from **** rpm to **** rpm, sounded like detonation and had loss of power. I assumed that I just needed to tune it but after many hours with my power vision, I was never able to get it right. At that point I was thinking that something else must be wrong with my bike since there was no way an exhaust would mess it up that much but I put my old exhaust back on (true dual cobra headers with ***** and ***** slip ons) and it ran perfectly again. I contacted Sharkroad to see about trying to fix the situation since the exhaust was obviously faulty and once I explained the situation, they completely quit responding to me. Wont answer any emails and they dont have a phone number that I could find to call.
