      I purchased a product using PayPal it sent them the wrong address. For two days I called I messaged I used there chat to try to stop them from sending to the wrong address.They sent to wrong address, they said they sent replacement to correct address (lies),they finally said they would refund money (more lies).They do not return messages,dont answer there phones.

      On 3 February 2024 I ordered a set of Torchbeam 9004/HB1 LED Bulbs. These are headlights for automobiles. I I paid $89.99 for them and delivery was supposedly guaranteed in 3-5 days.It is now 16 February 2024 and I have received absolutely nothing from them! I have attempted to call, email and online chat with these scammers and have gotten absolutely no response from them about anything! I want my money back!!!!

      I wanted to return a defective part and after providing pictures of the part they still refuse to send me a shipping label. They offered me a 15% refund to keep the part(why would I want a defective part that idk what vehicle it's for). Now they're telling me I have to pay for return shipping. Also takes 24 hours to get one response out of them

      I asked for a return slip and they will simply not give me one so I can return the products and receive my money back. They are asking my to send my vehicle vin number and for pictures of the original vehicle parts, which I never even removed from the vehicle. They sent me what looked like used parts as well. I just want to return my product and receive my money back but they are making it impossible to do so.

      My name is ***********************. I live at the address shown herein. On or about 12/31/2023, I purchased two headlight bulbs via the internet from the Business shown in this record and what my email of this transaction shows as Sealight. I purchased: [ SEALIGHT S7S H11/H9/H8 120W 6500K White IP68 LED Headlight Bulbs (2Pcs) from Warehouse: U.S, 2603LTL08R1US, Qty:1, for $89.99 USD. // The bulbs did not fit. I contacted the merchant - via phone call ************** ) and via email [ ******************* ]to inform the merchant of the same, on Monday, January 8th, ****. On, the same phone. Call and via email on Monday, I also informed the merchant that I wanted to return the product and I wanted an immediate refund. The agent or representative said ok and that he could do that. He said he would contact support and they would be in contact. I did receive an email later that night requesting information about my vehicle and pictures of my old part and theirs. I immediately supplied that information by replying to the email from their support department - *********************** I received several requests regarding the same. I advised them via email that I have provided the requested information several times. I one point I advised them. I was getting frustrated, and I felt I was getting the run-around. I also advised them it doesn't talk a week to get to some resolution and to *********** credit/ refund and return. I further advised them via email in the course of the week It doesn't appear that we have accomplished anything. As of Thursday, all communications from Sealight and Suncent support has ceased. In one communication via email, I advised them this was a safety issue and that I'm out of about $100, it is still tied up, a week has gone by, and I can't get a replacement or resolution. // The website clearly shows a return policy with approval which I have met but they stall the process, drag it out, Give you the run-around asking for info you have repeatedly supplied.

      I ordered an exhaust system from this company and on their website they used pictures that they stole from a different website. I did not get what was in the pictures. have emailed them numerous times and they do not respond, I have used the live chat feature on their website and they still do not respond on that and it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they hang up when i say i want my money back.

      Date of purchase 10/09/2023 Pd abt $90 Item did not fit vehicle we purchased for. Company has 90 day return policy. I contacted company, they asked for order # , date of purchase and vehicle information. This was provided, and no response since to let us know how to return.

      On Nov 2, 2023. I placed an online order that included three defferent parts. On Nov 7 th a package came via FEDX. It was missing one of three parts. I called the next day and they sent me an email telling me that the carrier split the package. This is a total lie. They never do that. I calledthem for the next two days and finally some came to the phone and told me they would email me a new tracking number that same day. Here I am three days later with no tracking number and they will not answer the phone.

      I placed an order for a catalytic converter with suncent auto .com without reading the reviews for this site, I wish i had. They claim fast and easy returns within 90 days but are refusing a refund for defective parts. That is a LIE!! They are refusing my refund and return even though i sent them photos showing how it is defective, And they even offered me 10 dollars "for my troubles". This site is claiming to be based in ******* and they are based in *****!!!!! a HUGE scam. Every response i get has ******* letters at the end of the email, I have proof if needed. Please shut them DOWN!!!!!!

      We used the website to find a part for my husbands truck. They sent ** the wrong part. Since then they refuse to answer the phone or call me back when I leave a voicemail. They offered through ******** messenger a $35 partial refund and offered for us to keep the part. We told them no. Theyve been saying theyll send us a return shipping label but they wont do it. Its not right for these people to keep our money and not allow me to return the item.
