      So easy to start a subscription, but after realizing it doesn't work, it is impossible to cancel. They don't answer the number provided and continue to take money from your account!

      I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now but cannot get in touch with the company. I sent an email and received no response, and tried calling only to be put on hold for so long I finally gave up. I don't know what my remaining options are, I don't want to continue to be charged $49 a month for a product I am not using.

      Buyer beware. This company is stealing money from people!! I have tried canceling my order numerous times. Which btw is not easy to do and they keep sending more and charging more!!

      This company is ridiculous. I came to see if there had been any other complaints, and now my suspicions are confirmed. I attempted to cancel in January for a subscription that I did not agree to and I still have a 6 month supply of unopened bottles from January. Now I see I have been charged AGAIN. I haven't received the product yet this time but know it's been charged to my account. How many times to I need to request cancelation before this STOPS? Ridiculous!

      Same as everybody else, they said I have a suscription and my order is processing which I NEVER agreed to, called them, went to nowhere, emailed them, nothing, It is a scam, beware. Now I will be disputing this with my bank. DO not do business with business has no customer service staff to talk to when you have any questions about the product.

      I contacted you on 11/11/22 after using your product for 3 months("In general we recommend you take Hair La Vie for at least 3-6 months") according to your website. I requested my subscription (which I did not authorize) and any and all future shipments to stop. I ordered your product on 8/6/22, received them and started using them on 8/11/22, for exactly 3 months. You stated that your product comes with a "90day, 100% money back guarantee, "if not completely satisfied." I had no hair growth using your product, that is why I am requesting a full refund of ******. I returned 3 empty bottles as requested and 3 full, unopened bottles. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, taking 3 capsules a day is a month's supply. The 3 empty bottles represent 90 days of using your product with no results, and I also returned the 3 full unopened bottles. Why are you trying to only refund me ****** instead of my full refund of ******? I would expect more out of a company such as yours and stand behind all the promises you make on your website. Is this a company with false and deceitful advertising? ********

      I wish to thank you for issuing my full refund. I will not retract anything I stated before, except that a consumer shoud not have to go through all this hassle to receive complete satisfaction when dealing with a company such as yours. You make promises on your website and then don't want to back them up. Buyers beware before you deal with this company.

      On March 11, I was charged for one bottle of La Muse hair vitamins for $49.99 which I ordered. Today, I checked my credit card balance and see two additional charges from La Muse of $116.97 and $65.94. I did not place these orders and don't know what the products are! Please cancel me from any further orders. I have tried emailing and phoning but unable to reach anyone Thank you

      I signed up for 3 bottles only. Before I could finish all the bottles I received an email that my next shipment was on the way. I never signed up for a subscription. Hair La Vie does not answer their 888 number nor do they respond to their support email. Horrible company and I saw ZERO results from taking the vitamins.
