Customer's representations are wholly false. Customer brought her used vehicle to the shop for tint installation. Prior to commencement of the work, damage to the left passenger side door was noticed by an employee. At this time, the customer was called to inform her of the damage. The customer arrived viewed the damaged, indicated it was okay and proceeded with the tint installation. After the work was completed, the customer became belligerent arguing that her lawyer boyfriend informed her we are completely responsible even if we didn't damage the car. Customer threatened that her lawyer boyfriend would **** At this time, I attempted to show customer the video showing that the vehicle had not been worked on at all before customer was called that the panel was damaged. I could not access the video as I did not install the software, and it requested a password I did not have. Customer again threatened her lawyer boyfriend would *** and demanded payment in an amount over $2,500. In an effort to avoid further is***s, in good faith, I offered to replace the panel. Customer refused, indicating that her lawyer boyfriend demands a new panel be installed by a dealership, I informed customer that per the Business and Professions Code, this is not required. I am allowed to repair any alleged damage myself, additionally OEM parts are not required. Customer's boyfriend refused. Once I obtained access to the video, I immediately provided it to customer and proved that no work was performed at all prior to discovery of the damaged panel and informing customer of the damage. Customer acknowledges the video reflects that no work was performed prior to discovery of the damaged panel. This complaint is baseless. I can provide the video that demonstrates I did not damage the vehicle.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Owner said only wanted to present Video at court and I am very glad he did . After reviewing the video he presented, entire time the staffs were watching the tv rather than focusing on my vehicle. Very clear the staff wearing tool belt and went down that damage area but lending on the door and watching tv while he doing job the area which is extremely unprofessional. I wish to share the video with BBB and all customers. Owner should be Honest and not threaten his customers. As judge at the court also reviewed the video and case in my favor. There are many similar complaint against tint works plus on the ******* yelps. Owner always denied their damages on customer's cars and threaten customers will have his lawyer to sue ********* I have never claim my *********** that's another lie from owner . I am glad justice is great . After reviewing all evidence. Judge issue judgement of *******.
