I enrolled in a debt consolidation program in summer of 2017 I signed up with Centerdon Group ( now called Havilain) I had 3 credit cards to pay off , I had someone come to my home from Centerdon and have me sign papers to join and notarized them I was to pay $ 256 a month which I had been doing until May 2018 when I came into money and called centerdon and got an account pay off which I sent a check in full for $10,000+ at that point neither creditor had settled, a few months later one of my creditors did settle for about $3000 ( I do have the papers on the exact amount) my last 2 creditors had not settled yet then settled 1 for $800 ( I have the for the exact amount) and one other creditor had not settled after multiple calls to centerdon and emails with no response finally in march of 2021 I did get a response that I needed to get a settlement letter from creditor and once I did I needed to sign it and send it to centerdon to close my account, mind you I have lived at my address for 30+ yrs never had an issue with getting mail, I never received the "letter" to settle multiple calls to centerdon back and fourth they would not accept a verbal agreement I always got the run around they could not fax the letter or email the letter, Finally I had enough and called the creditor myself and got in touch with the company who NEVER heard from Centerdon group on my behalf and I made a full payment over the phone in July 2021 I did send CENTERDON the information on same with a confirmation number and asked to '"close my account" and was told I would be getting a refund bc I had paid centerdon more then what was paid out esp bc I paid the last creditor myself even though I had already pd centerdon to do it! I was told " it would take 90 days to get my refund and close letter"in July 2021 i was told " due to the fact I made a complaint with the BBB my account is under review IT IS NOW 9/17/2023 AND NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THIS ****** GROUP WHO STOLE MY ***************Initial Complaint

Centerdon Group took thousands of dollars in checks from me and told me that the bank I had an issue with was paid in full seven years ago. Come to find out the bank that I had an issue with who Center *** claimed was paid off and I had no more issues with them was a complete lie. It was a fraud. The thousands of dollars that they took from me, the Centerdon Group never paid the bank, and question a single *****. In fact, the Centerdon Group pocketed every single *****, I wrote them and checks they took thousands of dollars and never paid my bag as they said they did.Initial Complaint

I'm at a point where I believe Centerdon Group is a fraud and scam. Each month Centerdon took over $500 out of my checking account each month for about a year and they said that the money would go towards paying off my credit card debt. Centerdon changed it's name to Hilvanim Group, **** on 10/23/18.The number provided ************** is always a recording with a few automated choices to help direct you. However after being placed on "forever hold" NO ONE Ever picks up the phone. If you send them e-mails, only an automated reply is sent to you that your email has been received. I don't know what else to do. I am at a loss. and now my Bank accounts are in Levy.Initial Complaint

Centerdon agreed to help pay off my debt owed to credit card companies about 30k total. They said they would help settle it for less if I gave them monthly payments of 450$. To put in escrow then w when there was enough money they would pay the debts off After 2 years they never did anything then I finally cancled it. They took a lot of money & never helped or provided any services they are theives & now they don't even answer there phone callsInitial Complaint

In September of 2018, I called the number for ******************** and some how ended up with the Centerdon Group. October 1, ***** their agent met me in ***** ******* ** to pay initial fee and sign the contract (I'm a truck ******** It was automatically ********* from my checking account. My last name was ****** at that time, I was in process of ******** I had 4 credit cards, totalling *********** The 2 smaller debts were ******* **** ********* Group allowed them to *** me and get a judgment due to ********** being there in my ******** I was told they would be. Not too long after that, they sent me ********* to make the payments myself on a settlement they had reached. ********* delayed my payments for 3 months. They said: my escrow account was empty, that's why I had to make these payments. ****** ***** ******* ***** I learned they had given ******** Group authorization to withdraw my payment. I was livid...I ended my contract with them immediately. I paid them ********* over the course of 2 years only to still have 2 large amounts owed. ******* on one, ****** on the other. I filed a complaint January or February **** online with the **** But I never heard nothing back. Thank you for your time. I signed up with Centerdon to settle a debt. They have not settled any debt collection on my accounts. I have $333 taken out each month without any progress. I have been a client since 2017. I try calling to find out ending balance with no answer. I am on hold for hours. I am requesting all my money back that I have put into this programInitial Complaint

I did a debt solution program with centerdon group with 2 *************** credit cards the equal about ****** dollars. I made 300.00 payments every month to them for a little over 3 years. My accounts have been done being paid for over 10 months now and they still have not closed out my ***** accounts. I never get a hold of them I get put on hold for 3 hours at a time and then get hung up on. If I do get a hold of somebody they tell me the same thing everytime. They tell me it's on upper management's desk. I have gotten no where in months please help us figure this out. They also have no documents for me to see anything on the account.
