Business ProfileforEngwe Ebike

On May 30th I purchased two ebikes from this company. They were delivered on June 6th. After assembly, one of the batteries did not charge. I tried both chargers and neither could charge the battery. After contacting the business, I was instructed to provide a short video demonstrating the problem. I have submitted three such videos and rather than acknowledge the problem, they now want me to use equipment I don't have to attempt to fix the battery. This is a brand new ebike that should not have been shipped in such a defective state and I have now asked to return it. The other bike is technically fine, but it is not the size they represented on their website. Their website states that these bikes would fit riders between 5'.4" and 6'.2" I am 5'.9" and I can barely sit on it with my tiptoes. My wife's bike has the working battery and although she should fit on it at 5'.5", she is at least 3" too short and cannot touch the floor when sitting on the seat which has been lowered as far as it can physically go down to its lowest setting. I therefore would like to return these ebikes as one is defective and the other is clearly not as advertised on their website. I have asked to return the ebikes, but I expect this company will continue their stalling tactics and refusing to make it right. My order number is EW20201212440CN. I have tried to be patient but that is wearing thin when they are slow to respond and will not address the problem. Their website states that these bikes have a year warranty and a return window between 15 and ******************************************************* from meeting that deadline. In short, one bike is defective and the other is clearly not what was advertised and due to the size discrepancy is a safety hazard for my wife and I would like your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
