      My television stop working there was no picture or sound. I played with it and got a picture, but no sound. I phone this company, Mr. *********** owner came to my home Tuesday, March 12th. He plugged a device into the back of my ** said he was updating the software. The ** sound came back. When he left the ** continued to work. The next morning the 13th my ** reverted back to the problem this time it had sound no picture. I called ********** and explained the problem and asked him to come out. He told me to call Direct ** (my streaming service) provider. He believed it was a problem with them. Today, Friday the 15th I am still waiting for a Direct ** Tech and have been without my ** since Tuesday. I called ********** today and asked for a refund and he refused to give me a refund. He didn't do his job and supposed to be a professional ** person who said he worked one time for ***** my Brand **. Fixing something he's a skilled professional in should last longer than 8 hours. I want my $95 back.

      I came to ************************* house to update and program her *************** because it had no sound. After the job was completed, the television worked perfectly. I was paid $95 for my service. The next ****************** called again and told me there was a problem with the picture. Through my experience, I concluded that her problem was with ********** and not the television. I told her to call ********* to come and check it. While waiting for ********** she called me and asked for a refund. I told her I can come back and check it again, but she refused. I cannot give a refund if I am not able to see what the problem is or confirm that there was even a problem.
