Date of transaction: ******* Order number: ******************* (ordered through third party Amazon) Order total: ******* Purchased a *** police motorcycle as a birthday present, given to my son ******* by January of **** was no longer working. Contacted their customer support, was advised to have voltage of battery tested which was 11. something volts, still enough for bike to run but didnt. Their advise was to buy another battery which I ordered on ******** Was hesitant on buying this as for buyer has to pay for shipping costs and this was not a guaranteed fix they disclosed to me. Ended up ordered the wrong battery for the model of riding toy we had, to return it there was a *** restocking fee plus had to pay *** shipping again. Received an email they were processing my refund on ****** and as of today (X-X-XX) have yet to receive anything. In total trying to resolve what may not even be a guaranteed fix for a riding toy we only had for 5 months it ended up costed me ******* additional to purchase price. Their products lack quality and they are not taking responsibility for it as for I was still responsible for all additional costs. I later searched them on Facebook in which they have horrible reviews and very similar situations to mine. If I would had seen these first I was had never purchased from this company. Below is info over the second purchase I made for the battery that I have yet to be refunded for. Purchase date: ******* Order #:*************************************************** Battery- *** Shipping fee: ****** Total: ******* ****** Battery returned Shipping ******* + losing ** % restocking fee I would like to be refunded in it's totality for everything I've spend on a riding toy that lasted literally 5 months. The date of the transaction was 10/13/2021 via ********* website. I purchased a *** ****** ** ********** ******* - ***** I purchased the item as a Christmas gift from ********* for my grandchild. I received the item but did not open the shipping box to assembly until ********** and this was when I discovered the item was not functioning properly. I followed all instructions packaged with the *** ****** ** ********** ******* - ***** The motorcycle does not move when the pedal is pressed. Yes, the motorcycle was fully charged and all buttons turned on as ********** in the manual received with the motorcycle. I immediately contact********** and they informed me I needed to contact Fun ********** *** directly at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or via email. It has been difficult getting a response from Fun Creations. Via an email response, I was told they would send replacement parts and nothing more. I received a call from (XXX) XXX-XXXX ******** ****** and was told a supervisor will have to return my call. I have not received a call from a supervisor to resolve my issue. The company distribution service is in Pomona, **********, **** W *** *** ******* ** XXXXX, with a contact number of (XXX) XXX-XXXX. It has the same information on the box. I should not have to troubleshoot, replace or wait on parts for a new product. Sending parts may not even resolve the issue of the motorcycle. I have to wait on parts causing the service plan and warranty to expire before the issue is resolved. I purchased a new toy expecting it to function properly, the item does function properly. I asked that Fun Creations exchange the damaged motorcycle for one that functions as described on the website or a complete refund. Fun Creations refuses to honor the service plan and warranty. I was willing to accept a new replacement motorcycle because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness of Fun Creations I will only accept a full refund and they can take this nonfunctioning motorcycle back at their business,
