            My daughter, ****** ******, who lives in North Carolina now visited us in July of this year with her kids. On July 19 2021 she took her eldest daughter, ******* ****** to show the Aquarium in downtown Chicago. With my permission she took my car Toyota Camry When she was coming back home she took Highway 90/94 West towards around 4:15 pm. Because of the time, the traffic was slow on and off. My daughter was on the 2nd lane from the left. On the left lane *** ******* Frowner was driving his Subaru car(License Plate # BF XXXXX). When the vehicle right in his front made a stop, he moved slightly to the right and hit the driver side of my car with the front of his car. There is some dent and mark on the driver's side of my car. He admitted his mistake and gave my daughter the insurance information. Though we called and submitted the claim on the same day, in spite of many phone calls, the insurance company is not responding. Their office is closed. Please help. Attaching the docu
