I purchased some tire through Walmart from tire nation.the tires was supposed to be delivered within two say but it took a week an a half to receive three tires that were worn out an the tires wasn't the tires I ordered. I ordered 4 tires but I got 3. I begged Walmart to send me a return label. Walmart told me that I couldn't return the tires an Tire nation was a independent contractor a they have to give me a refund.what was strange was Walmart gave me a refund for one of the tires.i went back an forth with Walmart an Tire nation for weeks. I begged for the return label to return the tires. I begged for a refund but I didn't get either.all I got was lies an excuses I was told by Walmart and Tire nation that they don't do return labels an they will not be able to get me a refund. I told Walmart and Tire nation that I would throw the tires away but I still wanted my refund Walmart customer service claimed that I would get refund from Tire nation well that never happened after begging for a refund an a return label an being told I was not getting a return label an throwing away the tires. I told Walmart and Tire nation that the tires was thrown away. That's when Walmart sent the return label to my email the tire nation wrote me in my email stating that they couldn't five me a refund until I return my tires.how can I return something I've thrown out an why didn't Walmart and Tire nation send the return label after I begged for the return label several times but then after I told them I had thrown the worn out tires that wasn't the tires I ordered then both companies decided to email the return label.this is a scam an I want my money back. I had a problem relieving the tires I only got 3 tire that was worn out an not the tires I ordered please review the uploaded pictures I've sent you I have proof I was given the run around an I was beat out of 197.44 an I won't my money backBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/09/20) */ The customer was provided 4 return labels on 06/30 via FedEx ********************************************************* to return the brand new tires ordered. The customer claims to have disposed of the tires and expects a refund. However, we would need our items back to process any refund that is within our refund warranty. I understand that the customer feels this is unfair but what tire company would allow the customer to not return the product and receive a full refund? For this reason Wal-Mart has also sided with us as it logically doesn't make sense. In any case no refund will be given as the customer is outside of the warranty and Wal-Mart is also aware of this. If the customer hadn't thrown the tires away then we wouldn't be in this position. We would have gladly accepted the return and provided a refund. They wanted to give me the return labels after I told them I thew away the tires I had begged them to send the return labels before then an I was told they didn't except returns on tires please review the photos I sent Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/10/13) */ The customer was provided pre-paid return labels to return the tires. However, the customer decided to dispose of the tires at their own discretion. Therefore, no refund will be made as we will need our tires back to proceed with any refund. I asked this company to send me the labels to send the tires back they said they weren't going to to that so after I told them I was getting rid of the tires because they didn't match an they were worn out they waited for a while then said they would send the labels I had thrown away the tires by then you this company is a scam an I don't have time for lies I've provided the text an emails have a blessed day
