      On 2/08/23 I ordered an airsoft rifle. It arrived broken. Theirbpolicy states that they can refund it as it had been within the 45 day warranty (less than 14 days). I waited and finaly sent it off. They have now had it for 3 weeks and i have heard little from them. They then tried to say they were giving me store credit which is against the policy.

      I paid 52 dollars for 3 day delivery. I ordered it on February 7th. I didn't receive until February 14th 2023. I've reached out to the company 3 times though email and 4 times on the number they gave pn their website. If I would have paid normal shipping I would've received it the same day. I think they are stealing money this way. There's no other explanation. It didn't get stalled because of any weather or closure. They are refusing to contact me back. I have all the emails showing I paid for 3 day and it saying I won't receive it until 7 days later.

      My son ordered a product from Airsoft GI. The item he received was not the same as the item that is described on their website, so he would like to return it. The website says, "A return request can be initiated from the 'Initiate RMA' link on the Customer Information page when signed into your customer account or verbally by contacting our *************************** at ************** during business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST), Monday to Friday." We have been trying to call the phone number supplied during business hours. However, no one ever answers this phone number. There's a message with the option to dial "1," then the phone rings and rings, and then there's a message that says, "We are sorry no one is currently available to take your call." We my son clicks on the link in the receipt email that says "detailed invoice," and logs into his account, there's a message that says, "You have not yet made any purchases." His order number is # *******.

      I made a purchase on 10/1/2022. After receiving the order I realized I ordered some items I don't actually need. Per their return policy I can return the items because I didn't use them and I'm requesting to return them within 45 days of ordering. I submitted a RMA request on their website per their return policy. I submitted the request on 10/17/2022, I've sent several followups to the request, made numerous calls to them and have emailed them and as of the moment no one has responded nor answered the phone. I've called 6 times, no answer, I called not only to check on the RMA request but also to inquire about what items I actually do need and to order them. I'm unable to reach Airsoftgi through 3 different methods and I cannot return the items per their return policy. I'll buy elsewhere moving forward.

      In January of 2022 I placed an order for several items with this company. One of these items was a ****** mask, the mask was on back order, after waiting 2 months with no update and reaching out via email and phone call several times with no answer I asked for a refund, I was ignored again. Luckily I had financed these items and submitted a dispute with ******, unfortunately ****** is a corrupt business run overseas and has almost as poor communication skills as **********, they sided in the businesses favor and said I was responsible for the item that I had not received and had been requesting to cancel. After this altercation ********** finally responded via email stating the item was cancelled and refunded to ****** this was about 1 month ago, ****** still has not received their money and ********** has become unresponsive again. Worst experience I have had with an internet based company, I will never use them again. Go to your local **************************

      Purchased 5 items from the company. Of the 5, one was incorrect, the second was defective. Asked for an RMA, took multiple emails and a phone call to get a response. RMA person couldn't understand why I would return a defective item. Returned the items and only got a partial refund.

      Ordered some goods from this company on Aug 1, 2021. Order ID: XXXXXXX Received only a partial of my order mid August. Been sending messages regarding the remainder of my order but zero response. At this time I just want a refund to the card used for the remainder of the order. After refund I will drop this issue and never use this company again.
