I ordered this product last year October and the product has stopped working. I have talk to service several times and they told me to wait until September for a fix or resolution. My fridge has been broken for the last three months.Initial Complaint

ACOPOWER's Calif. subsidiary offered through a group buy (through Kickstarter) its "LionCooler Pro - PX30, PX40, and PX50" models, order 136. ACOPOWER received a net of the $755 of funds on or soon after those funds were collected by Kickstarter on December 10, 2021 for the PX50 model (plus a 230 battery pack) that I ordered (specifying an email address with a "local part" of DV401P) . A follow-up survey by ACOPOWER via the Kickstarter web site was completed (acknowledged by Kickstarter/ACOPOWER) for the PX50+230 on December 10, 2021 at 18:41 CST (16:41 PST) to confirm delivery information (the delivery address had ZIP+4 coded, a telephone number, and a delivery instruction to, "Deliver to entrance closest to (the street)". No option was provided to request delivery with a requirement by the logistics delivery driver at the moment of delivery to obtain a signature of the recipient. ACOPOWER shipped from their Walnut, CA facility via FedEx Ground the PX50 model without sending (by ACOPOWER, FedEx Ground, or a 3rd party) a notification email (with the tracking code) that FedEx Ground (FEXG) had received the PX50+230 and that it was "in transit" - providing a track code in such an email. FEXG claims to have delivered the package to somewhere/someone on April 22, 2022, but not absolutely positively to my address (I went in and out of my building front door four times on that date without seeing the ACOPOWER package; and went in-and-out daily on the days before and after April 22, 2022). When a complaint was lodged on May 25, 2022 with ACOPOWER regarding non-delivery, ACOPOWER declined to obtain geo-coded tracking records from FEXG (these records are only kept for 60 days by FEXG) which indicated to the exact location (to within several feet) where the delivery truck was when the delivery was made to. FEXG non-signature required "delivery completed" records do not indicate where the address of the actual location of delivery, only the requested location of delivery.
