    I purchased a ticket with the confirmation # as ********** that was suppose to leave at 3 am going to *********** from ***************. At 3 am the bus cancelled. People very rude. Nobody would rebook the ticket. They keep lieing about which company they are. I also purchased another ticket with the confirmation # ********** thats leaves from ******** SC at 11:25 Am and arrives in ******* GA at 1:00 PM. Because the 3 am cancelled Im not going to make my 11:25 AM. The company is refusing to speak with me and stole my money! I would like a refund.

    Horrible service! I have travelled three time using flix bus and each time the bus was late , didnt arrive at the designate pickup or just plan cancelled the trip calling it a delay without notification. I sat in the sun waiting for a bus that rescheduled the route mid trip!! After calling and complaining about this **** inconvenience flix bus refuses to refund your money only offering a partial voucher that is not equal to your ticket price. Never again

We truly apologize that your recent experience fell short of your expectations.We deeply apologize for any delays you experienced on your recent FlixBus journeys. Delays are often due to circumstances beyond our ************ (and their driver's) control such as traffic congestion, accidents, construction projects and the like. Our routes are carefully planned to account for as much of this as possible, but when traveling by road - even the most careful planning is subject to current conditions on the day of travel, just as traveling in your personal vehicle. We regularly revisit routes that are performing below expectations from an on-time performance standpoint and make adjustments to improve the reliability and get customers to their destinations as close to the scheduled time as possible. In regards to a refund, per our ******************* to which customers must agree during the booking process, if the contract for carriage was fulfilled - even with a delay [i.e., the customer was transported to their ticketed destination], a refund is regretfully not possible. However, it was good to see that our **************** team did extend you a discount voucher valid for future FlixBus travel. In closing, we're confident that your experience was the extreme exception and not the standard.
