They are scamming and I have reported them to BBB, by filing a complaint. They should have 0 stars. I returned the hair back which I never wear and was expecting a refund. They are claiming I sent the wrong item to them and sent me an unclear picture of the item. When I asked to send back the item since they are not refunding, it was a cheap lamp of not more than $10. I am so upset because I paid a total of USD ****** Do not buy from them online, they will rip you off. They are scammers and lies about all process of exchange and refund. Once you receive the hair, you better keep it, like it or not because they will not refund. I believe the hair I rec'd was different from what they advertise.

The wig looks nothing like the pictures and/or videos on their website. The same day I received the wig I emailed their customer service requesting to return the hair, but 24 hrs later no reply. I have now emailed twicenothing. Also, for a 100% human hair wig it smells very synthetic. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This is a horrible company. They kept my money after returning the wig that I purchased.

I've ordered C-part black wig. The part was on the wrong side, it was not the length I had ordered and I had a Jersey Shore hump. The right side of the wig was crinkled, I was told to wash and condition, because the wig may have settled during shipment..it doesn't matter how much you was it, it's still not right. They're gonna give me a whopping 30% refund, because they sent the horrible wig I can't get my money back or a replacement. I written two reviews and they have been deleted. If your gonna sell a product to boost women's self esteem make sure it made right. I have self esteem issues and was on the verge on calling out from work. People who do suffers from low self esteem and anxiety shouldn't have to deal with this, you sent me a product that wasn't up to par. Maybe y'all sent me a damaged wig, but regardless of the policy, you should strive to make your mistakes right, because this is not right. Everything about it was wrong. My hair looks FAKE. Now I have to find a new one, because I'm going to a wedding and I'm not using your product.. so that's more money I have to put out.. I've sent pictures of it. Y'all it's so awful, it makes me cry and I'm Not confident enough in my skin. I feel ugly. They say they'll contact me in 24 hours to further investigate my claims. I wish I could post pictures.

***** 4/25/2024 I ordered a C part natural/blonde wig.The wig ends were all extremely uneven and apparently was chopped of with a blunt object. It appeared to be a reject.I was very disappointed considering this was my First time ordering, and I paid over $108 for this wig.Do an inspection on the wigs before it is sent out to the customers. This is very appalling and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! I purchased a Luvme Hair Pre-plucked 180% Density Glueless 13x4 Frontal Lace Long Wig 100% Human Hair. It is NOT as advertised, synthetic and smells horrible. THE REFUSE to issue a refund, only offering 50%. I Cannot use this wig as I am allergic to synthetic fibers of such bad quality. It flairs my eczema.It is not clueless, so of course it had to be cut and rackrd to lay it down. I've sent photos and now they are not responding.AVOID they only give the good to the models that advertise for them So they can continue to rip everyone else off.

This was my first time ordering a wig from Luvme Hair. I was so excited to find a small size wig as most wigs dont fit my head. The wig arrived quickly. I took it out of the box and looked at the pretty curls. I quickly put it back in the box because I wasnt ready to try it on due to having extensions in my hair. Upon removing my extensions several days later, I finally and anxiously tried on the wig. To my dismay it was nothing even close to the picture/ description of the wig I ordered. The hair density was the first thing I noticed, the tracks were apparent. The hair shed a lot when I just tried styling it to hide the horrible hairline. In order for me to hide the already cut hairline I had to pull the wig further down on my head and glue it. See the photos. I am so highly disappointed in the quality of this hair as it again does not meet the description at all. I would love to get my money back or get the actual wig that I ordered instead of the poorly constructed wig I received. I refuse to wear it for embarrassment of how obvious it is that its a wig. Please Luvme dont defraud customers.

I ordered four wigs from this company. The wigs did not look like the pictures. These wigs were awful. Two of the wigs were cut uneven. The other two was of a different texture. I was very disappointed. Will never order from them again. I lost almost two hundred dollars on those wigs.

I ordered from this company and received my order number. They claimed my order had been shipped out by ***. I received my tracking number, then I received a notification by *** claiming that the cosignee requested not to attempt the delivery on the particular delivery cycle on March 12, and the same situation occurred on March 15, resulting in me never receiving the package and waiting for a wig that I paid 192 dollars on, including the wig caps, which would never make it to my destination and would be at ***************************** in **************, which happens to be a *** carrier place, from which I had been informed through the *** website. As far as I'm concerned, Luvmehair is a scam, and all I want is my money back. That's it. Some people are receiving the wigs, but they happen to be on ******* only, and for the ones who paid, they're using their own money for the wigs. Like myself, we get scammed out of our money and don't receive anything. I have no inkling of what's going on with this company, luvmehair.com, but whatever it is, it's not right. Never trust a company that only goes by email and has a WhatsApp number for their so-called business.
