I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from Best Buy in the Marina ** store on April 24, 2022. Today, I had a very unpleasant experience with your supervisor who could not behave like a professional representative at the Best Buy branch in ******, **.On Friday, April 22, 2022, I went to the store to purchase a small ** as a gift. I needed the item for Saturday. The store did not have the ** that we wanted so the salesperson suggested checking the inventory in the ******* branch. They had the item. The salesperson ensured us that we can have the ** on Saturday. I confirmed the delivery date three times. I purchased that item and left the store. On Saturday, they did not deliver the **. I called customer service and they told me that the item would arrive after May 7, 2022. I asked customer service to cancel the shipment and refund the money. He said he can do it on the phone. On Sunday, April 24, 2022, I had to go to the store and when I got to the store, My husband asked to see the manager. The supervisor came instead. My husband explained the issue and the supervisor was only concerned about the irretrievable delivery and shipment of the item. The **** that we paid is a contract and we fulfilled our part. Despite the reassurance and confirmation of the delivery date, Best Buy did not fulfill its part. I would not have purchased the ** if I knew the delivery would be in two weeks. As frustrated as we were, your supervisor offered nothing by way of apology. As a representative, she could not handle and calm two frustrated customers. She refused to handle the situation and she mentioned that we are trespassing and she called the police.
